    Slick. Beautifully shot and produced. Love the setting , music and mood. Really effective to have teaser shots of upcoming exercise during rest period. Lets your body prepare for what’s coming.

    Rowan, l have been following this guided WO three to four times a week now for a couple of months.
    My over all strength and energy has increased dramatically.
    All other forms if exercise have become greatly enhanced as well.

      Then, the most muscular would be the one who NEVER STOPS workout. No my brother. That is not good information. There is a FINE LINE, where you need to stop working, in order to gain most results (but not muscle strain or some other injury). In accordance with this, there is information about QUALITY FOOD you are putting in your body... Proteins, fats, sugars... So, workout IS IMPORTANT, but there is RIGHT AMOUNT of it. Cheers!

    Yes every exercise is effective,when your diet is balanced.
    So if you have a correct diet,your body will automatically get in shape by doing regular household exercises.

    Great workout but maybe you could give some indication on when switching to heavier or lighter weights...maybe even on the list in the description like * = light and ** = heavy. 🙂🤷🏻‍♀️

    This is a great full-body workout. Excellent when I am at home, but less convenient while travelling. Could you create a similar programme with resistance bands? That would be most appreciated indeed! Thanks for some truly inspiring videos.

    I notice no tricep extensions were added, albeit they can be done on the floor in combination with a leg raise (alternating between the two). Also, have you ever done a pick-up row or a sided plank drag row to mimic the mechanics of a pulldown ?
