There is a FINE LINE, where you need to stop working, in order to gain most results (but not muscle strain or some other injury). In accordance with this, there is information about QUALITY FOOD you are putting in your body... Proteins, fats, sugars... So, workout IS IMPORTANT, but there is RIGHT AMOUNT of it. Cheers!
Yes every exercise is effective,when your diet is balanced. So if you have a correct diet,your body will automatically get in shape by doing regular household exercises.

I notice no tricep extensions were added, albeit they can be done on the floor in combination with a leg raise (alternating between the two). Also, have you ever done a pick-up row or a sided plank drag row to mimic the mechanics of a pulldown ?
Just found this channel have to say best fitness channel by far easy to follow step by step just all round 100% great mate, only thing I would say would benefit is a couple of bids for beginners from starting to medium level to pro level would be great
