Only criticism is that the final bell is barely heard and I have to take my glasses off to do this. I kept running and punching the air well past the bell. I am programming two of these because the handsome trainers told me to. If you both made out on camera I’d do 4 in a row.

And sometimes I do your abs excercise, I've went from 13st 10 to 11st 4, but I still have fat around my belly button area.
