Hey guys here is the perfect morning am routine to get 6 pack abs on a long run.
Give this routine some consistency and approach it with a sharp discipline every

But does it impact the lower belly ? I mean I'm 52 years old and I have lost decent amount of over all body fat but the stubborn fat on my lower belly is still visible . My belly is flat but now I want to get rid of my lower belly fat. Will these exercise help me get rid of them ?
It can but you need to less calories and incorporate fat burning routine too
@@Simon_Ghost_Riley_TF_141 alright I'm already in calories deficit since 2 years . I lost 38 kgs I'd fat from my body. I'm at the best shape of my life but the lower belly fat aah it's so hard 😫 to burn em .
What's your diet and drinks? Just try to do exactly what he is showing on his video then you will results as long you have good diet that can burn your belly with this exercises it will even brings you six packs. For me on the other hand I do insane workouts but don't see any results. I don't know what diet should I take to get results of six packs. I am so frastuated to get results of six packs.

Hi mate. One thing which helped me was reducing my portions and reducing sugar intake.

@@df2soccerlegends904 Yeah try to eat any heavy meals for breakfast or lunch. Have a light meal for dinner and try to have dinner two to three hours before you sleep. Try to drink enough water and reduce sugar intake.
