    Huge help. Trucks at just under 100k and my pulley wobbles just as bad, once came as off was able to rattle that SOB around. This video was giant help in doing the job. Much appreciated, you’re a scholar and a gentlemen.

    I remember correctly, the top shroud and bottom shroud are two separate pieces and you can remove those first to then remove your fan clutch and make it a lot easier

    whats crazy is my bearing was that bad and it never leaked. I had no idea is was bad. the only reason I changed the pump was because the metal heater hose was so rusted I was afraid it was going to start leaking soon.

    I have had some luck using a pair of long nose vise grips on those hose clamps

    Did everything like you did now heater wont work and truck getting hot wat could it be ?

      Things I can think of that will do that are an air pocket that hasn't bled out or a thermostat that is stuck closed. That's where I'd start first.
