Yes, those who have pre-ordered, it's fine but those who haven't, there's no need to do so. Wait for the release & the performance testing before dropping in, there's still no system requirements on PC yet.
My guess is that you will be able to paint the armour as you like and there might be some decals for some legions but the paid dlc will have much more chapter specific weapon and armour skins, like chapter upgrade sprues 👍🏻
They already showing off them Dark Angel lookin robes. I was fuckin ready to drop 10-20 on that but if they're in the base game then by golly holy cannoli I'm set. (Assuming they aren't being scummy and advertising DLC skins during the gameplay parts).
Two things I hope for. Being able to swap shoulders freely like in WWZ. And An equivalent operations for the CSM as it would suck to only play as them in mp.
@@xx-knight-xx2119 for mp yes. But it isn't confirmed whether you can play as them in the co-op mode in their own missions. SM1 let you do it in exterminatus against the orks, guard and space marines. So I hope that carries over.

Honestly 6v6 is okay but what i think would be amazing is adding NPC guard to multiplayer like when you capture a zone on a map a drop ship will drop weaker NPC to help you fight the other team having guard and chaos guard helping the space marines kill each other will make multiplayer feel way more epic and make you feel like a super soldier

There seems to be that their are chapter perks. You can see at the customization part of the video of where imperial fist marine is displayed and you can see at the far right side I can see what I assume are imperial fist and black templars perks I’m guessing.

Crossplay is a huge W for a game like this. To be so much like GoW, I knew many friends and gamers who never got to exprience the greatness of the originally trilogy and how big of an impact and fan base they had at one point. I hope this really scratches that GoW itch for me and millions of others who enjoyed this series or never got the chance to experience it. That gold edition is looking like the best one for your bucks. I personally love steel books and to get a discount on the first season pass is a smart decision for them to include.
We need a horde/waves type mode where we can survive as long as possible build up our defensive area, would be pretty to cool to customise your own ship or hideout too
I hope we can customize something like taking Dark Angels stuff, but giving them a black armor, so that I can feel the Heresy era Dark Angels. If not, I will join Master Valrak in the ranks of the Fists.
they should add a mode kinda like Zombies from COD where you play as an imperial guard and try to survive against hordes of tyranids while running around trying to get your weapon batteries operational and calling in reinforcements, bombing runs exc...

Have heard it all since first DoW and most recently with the Realms of Ruin where it was meant to be a whole range of Citadel given to paint our Stormcast "how we want for great customisability". It'll probably end up with few pattern presets and handful of colours preventing you from going past the First/Second Founding Chapters
They really should give us a PVP multiplayer beta so we can give our input before release. I miss how long game betas used to be during the Xbox 360 days and how they usually ran during early summer before release like Gears of War 3 and Halo: Reach's beta. Gears 3 beta was three weeks long and Reach's almost three weeks too.
Looks bad ass. I for one will be supporting this as much as I can afford too. I understand people worrying about it being a flop at launch but sometimes got take a leap of faith and go for it. Would rather do that with this game than some others coming out.

And after seeing that awesome dark angels design from the promotional images the other day, if we get a winged helm my life will be complete.

PVP will be classic multiplayer we have from Unreal Tournament times. Team Deathmatch, Capture A,B,C points on the map and something lke heeadquaters from old COD.

I really hope they have a lot of the minor/lesser known chapters as options. So far we've only seen first founding chapters which makes sense, but i hope that if they do more than that they don't just have the big/well known successors like Black Templars, Raptors, Carcharodons, etc. Would love to see people being able to run around as Death Spectres, Obsidian Jaguars, Red Wolves, Sons of Jaghatai, or even let someone run around as one of the dozen Celestial Lions left.

A few years ago Saber was one of the studios working on Halo MCC when it came to PC and once all the games were on there they became the ones in charge of updating all the games, fixing bugs, adding new features like crossplay and new customization (until Microsoft's execs told them to stop but that's another story) But because of what they would have learned from that really gives me a lot of faith that Space Marine 2 will be good
New subscriber here! As a real retired U.S. Marine, I'm hyped for this game. I'll be jumping in solo, so I'm assuming it'll lobby me up with random players? How will the troohy / achievements work if you play the campaign with other players? I plan on running through the campaign solo, but once I'm done, I'd like to jump online and help other players. I'm definitely looking forward to PVP 6vs6 online modes, too. Already pre ordered for PS5 .
WWZ ironically was the perfect preparation for Space Marine 2. Perfected the horde mechanics,they tested out their dlc model,theyre known to be able to support a game for years on end with content,and theyre fair with what they ask for.
I hope all the first founding chapters and the classic Chaos Legion looks all get those more unique looking armours. Then have the successor chapters and warbands as more the standard in looks.
I'm so glad for crossplay. This means that I can blast xenos in coop with my friend who has a PS5 and is casually interested in Warhammer, while I'll scream FOR THE EMPERAH! sitting in front of my PC.
It'll make PVP a shit show like every other game with PC/Console cross play. Great for co-op but I can already hear the salty arguements about aim assist from pvp
@@ChopperMeir I've played multiple shooters in crossplay and I've never had too many issues with it. That said a "disable crossplay" option should be included so that people can turn it off if they want to.
As far as I can tell, I think just Macragge’s Chosen DLC will be usable in campaign. I do hope we get decent customization for the campaign though, squad mates included. My main thing is I want helmets with appropriate voices
Looks great. I'm hoping we get Exterminatus survival mode though. I'm not sure if that's what these new side missions are now or if they are planning on a separate mode like we used to have but I just loved that and I'm a bit nervous that we haven't heard anything about it yet. Also looking forward to bigger PvP. 6v6 is fine but it's a bit too small for my liking, I'd like some bigger matches on maps that could have vehicles too.
Do we actually know if they will have the PvE Coop for the CSM as well? I hope someone asks them this in further interviews. So much great customization is shows for the CSM even this early on, it would be a damn shame to relegate them to PvP only. Hell, the first game you could play the horde mode as a CSM squad, here's hoping the the 2nd game isn't planning in regressing in features the 1st game had...

It would perfect if they add faction specific perks with passive skills that enhance your play style. The Red Thirst for melee BA players for example.

New subscriber here! As a real retired U.S. Marine, I'm hyped for this game. I'll be jumping in solo, so I'm assuming it'll lobby me up with random players? How will the troohy / achievements work if you play the campaign with other players? I plan on running through the campaign solo, but once I'm done, I'd like to jump online and help other players. I'm definitely looking forward to PVP 6vs6 online modes, too. Already pre ordered for PS5 .

WWZ ironically was the perfect preparation for Space Marine 2. Perfected the horde mechanics,they tested out their dlc model,theyre known to be able to support a game for years on end with content,and theyre fair with what they ask for.
I hope all the first founding chapters and the classic Chaos Legion looks all get those more unique looking armours. Then have the successor chapters and warbands as more the standard in looks.
Hopefully successor chapters get some love.
I'd love to see a librarian class added later down the line.
I'm so glad for crossplay. This means that I can blast xenos in coop with my friend who has a PS5 and is casually interested in Warhammer, while I'll scream FOR THE EMPERAH! sitting in front of my PC.
It'll make PVP a shit show like every other game with PC/Console cross play. Great for co-op but I can already hear the salty arguements about aim assist from pvp
@@ChopperMeir I've played multiple shooters in crossplay and I've never had too many issues with it. That said a "disable crossplay" option should be included so that people can turn it off if they want to.

So does the customization extend to the story campaign? How much can we customize Titus?
I’m think some of the customization will be locked behind campaign progression or challenges from high difficulties or weapon kills.
As far as I can tell, I think just Macragge’s Chosen DLC will be usable in campaign. I do hope we get decent customization for the campaign though, squad mates included. My main thing is I want helmets with appropriate voices

Looks great. I'm hoping we get Exterminatus survival mode though. I'm not sure if that's what these new side missions are now or if they are planning on a separate mode like we used to have but I just loved that and I'm a bit nervous that we haven't heard anything about it yet. Also looking forward to bigger PvP. 6v6 is fine but it's a bit too small for my liking, I'd like some bigger matches on maps that could have vehicles too.
I hope they make other factions for us to go against in the future

Do we actually know if they will have the PvE Coop for the CSM as well? I hope someone asks them this in further interviews.
So much great customization is shows for the CSM even this early on, it would be a damn shame to relegate them to PvP only. Hell, the first game you could play the horde mode as a CSM squad, here's hoping the the 2nd game isn't planning in regressing in features the 1st game had...
Honestly with PVE missions, customization and the huge world of warhammer, if devs do this right, this could be the next Destiny
