You absolutely do quality work. Love the channel and so happy I subscribed. My powerwasher is my favorite tool because it makes the most difference in my home and regardless of how old I am, I can still keep up my home.
@@onamissionfortruth6326 thank you so much!
Got my subscription from your proud confession of faith! Keep it up!

Plenty of work. I have a competitor that removes my signs. I still get plenty of work by the grace of God.
@@mikeree7375 that's rude of them, but God provides so just let Him do His thing!
Few questions: do you pre rinse plants at all? Also how did you get connected with the property manager?
@@danielshulla9739 we absolutely rinse plants! Every time!
You can visit any property management company and present them with a proposal or packet. Donuts help lol
That is wild. It takes me 25 minutes to get water going and tape outlets, keyholes, electric etc...
Practice makes perfect! 25 mins is my PR. That includes water hookup, speaking to tenant, property protection, cranking machine, washing, rinsing, taking before and afters and filming a RUclips video 😂
@@powershineme Bless your heart my man! I mean it is awesome for sure, I just could not pull it off 😂

Simple…no 2nd or 3rd floor. No high foundation. No bushes.
@@johntravis5362 Easy peasy
Why do you rinse from bottom to the top?
@@Odin_Bullock I don't. I soap from the bottom to the top. But even if I did, it doesn't matter 😂
Wait, so then why do you soap from bottom to top? Is it to prevent streaking or uneven cleaning?
@@Odin_Bullock well, water runs down, so technically it just gives the chems more time to sit on the surface as you're applying it upward. It'll run downward.
How many feet of hoses do you have to be able to walk the whole house?
@@BobbySh1esty 200 ft of 3/8 hose, but I have a spare reel with 200 ft on it as well just in case. Haven't needed it yet tho. 200ft is plenty typically
@@powershineme sounds good right now im sitting at 125ft of high pressure and 100ft for water hose, no reels yet and just a 2.5gpm pressure washer with chemical injector and 2 2gallon sprayers for chemicals.
No property protection
@@brandenpatterson9936 just because you didn't see it doesn't mean I didn't do it necessarily. I weigh the risk and responsibility on each job. Never had an issue, but correct- sometimes outlets don't get taped, but only when I'm confident there will be no issue. But I also don't spray chemicals like a wild man and that doesn't come across a video. Property protection is a process of evaluating the job. Not JUST taping outlets, wrapping fans and doors etc. 🤷
