Great job! You definitely did the right thing by contacting your customer and renegotiating the cost of the job. You have them a bargain. I would sell that job for $1,900. I like the fact that you pointed out the wasp nest problem. Job well done!!
I clean river houses in north Florida and they are that dirty. I don’t know how they lived like that. I’m not down streaming, I’m using my 12v with a hot mix… not messing around. I google estimates…if job is over 20 miles away. Too many tire kickers to waist my day. 4 years in business and it’s taken this long to get right. Great info brother washer.
That house was FILTHY! This is a HUGE effort to get this place back. You're right - there's LAYERS and layers of work involved. No wonder she didn't want you to see it first. Shame on her for trying to "hoodwink" you! Until you've done work like this, you have no idea. Agree -100% in person estimates only and THIS is a prime example. Whole house - $3k+ in my area for this amount of work.
@@onamissionfortruth6326 you hit the nail on the head. I don't think she was being malicious or trying to hide the extent of it, but I should have DEFINITELY done in person first!
Good on you for calling up the customer and giving her a more realistic price. I need to do that more often! - Absolutely great video, very impressive. - I need a flo-pro as well 🤣im out here walking back and forth
That back and forth game is starting to make me question my sanity 😂 I need to quit being cheap and drive down the road to Jud's and get a dang flow-pro
@@powershineme I’m in the same boat! I’m gonna do it soon- bro do you produce your own videos , like edit and such? Great editing and cuts. It’s really good 👍🏼
@@powershineme hell no, it looks really good man. Keep it up. I’m impressed. I use iMovie, but I’m nowhere near your editing. You got my subscription.💪🏼
I will tell you more efficient way of doing that my first house cleaning wasn't real great either but after I made that mistake with that house I vowed I would never do it again the most efficient way of doing that without even going to the house is to get their address and look up the square footage on the app those apps will tell you the square footage and then you just charge them a quarterly you do it that way you'll be accurate I promise you

Great job looks great ❤❤❤❤
@@sheilarowan8664 thanks!
You did a good job! It’s a really big house! I think your pricing was reasonable for that large job.
Thanks, I think so too!

FloPro will change your life!
Me and Jud West live in the same town. Shame I haven't gotten one yet 😂
Great job!! How did you clean the ceiling fans? Ever fried them?
I wiped them down with some towels. No, I've never fried one, I don't spray them directly.
