Hello Sean, Thanks for the videos. I recently started soft washing in my neighborhood and QUICKLY realized how important it is to have the right equipment. Watching your channel encourages me to keep going! Keep up the good work. ~William
Thanks friend! shiiii idk i am not the mechanically inclined to be honest. I am very interested in calling flo-pro up. that will be the next upgrade for sure
I just softwashed my rental property and I’d love to get into the business. I learned A TON from this video. How do you get the black off the bottom side of gutters? Also, should I wet down the house before I apply the pool shock? I’m not dowstreaming but using a 12v - 5.5gpm. My gutters didn’t come clean like I wanted, do I need a hotter mix, I was using a 2% SH mix. Electrical Outlets? What am I supposed to do around those? Thanks for the help, my vision is to start a side hustle softwashing but there are about 7 heavy hitting competitors right in my surrounding 7 mile radius.
glad you learned a bunch! - to get the black off alot of guys use LA Awesome, it is a separate process to remove the oxidation on the gutter - Yes wet house down first, IMO. some guys dont. - keep watching the videos brotha, i answer all these questions in seperate videos !
Be more carefull around those electric boxes. If any water gets in, reguardless of the condition, and it blows up on you. The customer will try to hold you liable for damages. I know the tricks, etc... Its best to just go around, use a pump up, and very light pressure... Just be safe so you dont FK up your life buying a customer a new house.
How would you know if the AC coils are rusted? Now you got my second guessing myself thinking I don't rinse them enough. Would a customer immediately know and tell me?
if you rinse them youre good! but if you were to downstream them and then leave the mix on it and walk away, it would cause big damage. youre good man, I avoid the ac units. the risk reward is not worth it
If i use a downstream injector, and im using the XJet m5 twist, will i still pull chemical? i dont know if the barb lets chemical come through? thanks in advance.
Hi Sean, new subscriber as recommended by Mike #freshrinse and Joe #powerfulimprovements . Very easy to make your own DS remote setup, $100. Let me know if you are interested and I can talk you through it.
I definitely do rinse probably more than I need to but I make sure I definitely don't leave any chem behind
That’s right!

depends on the machine and GPMs, do a test for yourself, simply tap your finger on the downstream injector barb and see if it is drawing!
