I think Wade's calm demeanor says a lot and it unnerves the reporter. Her accusatory tone wreaks of TV drama. That show ended months ago, in live court. Also, it seemed like she wanted to get the interview overwith asap. In the end, Wade and Fani, 2 adults, did nothing wrong. Poking around his divorce was disgusting. Who cares? The relationship had no bearing on the criminal case. Trump is still guilty. Fani is still an amazing prosecutor. PLEASE, let's move on asap!

She didn't 'pick him'. She bought him. A day after she appointed him special prosecutor, he filed for divorce. She paid 650K for a married man to be with her. Aside from the moral and ethical poor judgement Ms Willis used, she entangled and disrupted the judicial system in Fulton County Georgia with her misconduct. Both Wade and Willis are the losers.

The issue is that every Special Prosecutor has a personal incentive to make sure they get paid as much as they can.
The problem is the District Attorney is supposed to be the person who offsets that incentive by being an independent arbiter of the law.
But Fani Willis can't be an independent arbiter if she also has a personal incentive for Wade to make as much money as possible.

If you are cognizant of how books are published, People get an advance from the publisher, and the writer benefits from sales. (I’ve worked in publishing) If one is a highly acclaimed individual in certain fields of interest, the Advances are determined on the possibility of high-end sales, and that varies for e.g if the person has written books prior, and whether or not th public would have an interest in sales potential of such topics.

This man lied on paperwork submitted to a court, lied while on the stand, and cheated on his wife apparently multiple time (there are reports he hid assets illegally and he locked his wife out of their home). He is one slimy soul. I wanted to hear what he said in this interview AND more importantly I wanted to flow the questions he was asked and pay heed to how they edited. Was the interview a propaganda piece or real broadcast journalism? But he just turns my stomach so, I couldn't make it through even one time. Maybe someone will publish the transcript?
