Conditions at the jail have been the subject of news reports for so long I’ve lost track. It’s obvious that nothing has changed.

The department in Tattnal county jail and that police department needs to be investigated. They arrest a lot of innocent people and have been in jail for a lot of years and ain't had no trial yet

Yes, the laws need to change these. DA's in Georgia lets it go to their heads and think they got power over the innocence. They lock people up. They're in jail for a very long time. No court hearings. Public defender don't help the prosecutors just lets it go to the head and take what they want and think they can get away with it
Law's don't need to be changed but followed. This is a result of foreign influence and money in our elections and all by design. If things are going to change in a community, the people in it must get involved in numbers. Problems don't fix themselves.
