It is a disservice to Judge Jackson---and to others who could not be considered, and to America--and that ideal outlined by King so beautifully. The Judge is very accomplished--but hopefully she does better at following sentencing guidelines going forward, and does not apologize to criminals who commit crimes against children for their sentence that is shorter than guidlines. She does need to learn to be able to define the word "woman", too--as she said she cannot, because she is not a biologist.
