- A Fulton County judge will review evidence and hear arguments to determine if Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis should be disqualified from the 2020 election interference case over alleged misconduct.
Fulton County Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee set an evidentiary hearing for Thursday at 9:30 a.m. Arguments are expected to continue into Friday.

Ok so, wade was purchasing vacations, dinners, and other lavishes on his company credit card. A company he was a partner in with 2 other people. He testified that gani reimbursed him cash for those trips. When asked about the deposit, he said there wasn't one, it was cash. So he stole from his other 2 business partners because the business paid for the trips etc... and kept the cash!

Yes, because that’s a correct conclusion of law… Just because we may not approve of a hiring choice does not mean that it entire district attorneys office is disqualified from prosecuting a case… I find it very rich that these types of arguments are coming from the same people who defend Clarence Thomas and the other justices (Liberal and conservative) when they receive lavish gifts

The sole purpose of the case to dismiss Willis and/or Wade is to drag up POLITICALLY inappropriate conduct between the two, in the hope of creating bias against them, in the minds or spirits of one or more potential jurors, in the RICO case.
Which merely means the prosecutors in the RICO case MUST DIG deep to identify and strike jurors who appear to have a proclivity, due to religious or moral beliefs, to view with negativity the ill-advised, but not illegal, relationship between Wade and Willis.
They must identify and remove prudish and holier-than-thou jurors Trump is trying to target and have seated in his GA. trial.

Basically, both Fani AND Wade have a conflict of interest, and while Fanis DA salary is set by the county, if she hires her BF, she can pay him more AND has the ability to rubber stamp the pay authorizations... which is why she paid him over 650k so far, while paying a whole other law firm WHO HAD RICO EXPERIENCE, under 100k for 2 years...
