Bradley clearly does not want to admit in court what he already knows he said and did. Even when shown his own phone texts and statements in affidavits, he pauses for long intervals while trying to think of a way to lie to the court.

Merchant wasnt playing that shit and fucked him during this line of questioning. He deserved it. My guess is Merchant has his other sexual assault victim on deck.
If she's forced to bring that other woman/women to court, it's going to put Fani in a tough position since Fani has been trying to make it all about gender and women this woman that, let's see how Fani acts when a sexual assault victim connected to her bullshit defense is on the stand.

It’s not about the money - it’s about the right to contest elections in the U.S.! A right this country was largely founded upon. An attorney/prosecutor who seeks to deprive Americans of that right are subject to impeachment no matter how detested by some the candidate is! Prosecutors/lawyers have standards set out by the various bar associations, courts, etc. they must abide. In short, a prosecutor is subject to impeachment of his/her credibility, character, etc. This particular action may seem much to do about nothing, but it is not & many lawyers would handle this thing pro bono.

    • @jameskirk3
      @jameskirk3 10 месяцев назад +1

This isn't actually a case. It's a hearing relevant to the Trump RICO case. Basically it is to determine if the prosecuting attorneys are fit to prosecute the case.
In that regard, mission accomplished. They are unfit to prosecute IMO and are only a liability to the veracity of any conviction in the Trump RICO case.
I would expect those plea deals to be reviewed as well in light of the current circumstances.
If that doesn't happen, then the court will come under quite a lot of scrutiny. I know for a fact Ms Willis could never work another day and be wealthy until the end of her days, barring lawsuits that bankrupt her, and I assume everyone else could as well.....if the judge doesn't disqualify Ms. Willis, at least as the prosecutor, maybe even push for impeachment of her office, then he will fall under the microscope of judicial review. If he is ready to retire, then God Bless, do you, if not, then he needs to do the right thing here.

The courtroom smells of corruption. If the DA and special prosecutor have been caught lying on official documents and to the court it creates a huge conflict of interest. The relationship is moot. The financial ties and lying under oath is what is going to destroy her case. Meanwhile, Mr. Trump had loans were repaid in full, there are no victims that have been wronged. The lenders never filed anything and are not seeking any restitution.

What I don't understand is why the prosecutor Welch texting 11:25p asking questions . I think texts would be in this case inappropriate . I do agree the witness is afraid to answer questions that he possibly don't remember . If , you don't say I don't recall . These prosecutors are out for blood and I think asking to many questions on DA Fani Willis and SC Nathan Wade personal life is wrong . I really don't see any misuse of money in which this case should be focusing on the Fulton County money only . I see nothing wrong with two ppl going on trips together , dining out in restaurants hell so far I see both spent their salary on whatever she or he worked for . SC Nathan Wade wasn't paid more then the other prosecutors on the team like the media would have us to believe . The backstabbing friend that testified via zoom wasn't even told to raise her hand to tell the truth and nothing but the truth . In fact she lied about DA Fani Willis and SC Nathan Wade was in a relationship in 1998 . I have seen married couples prosecutors and defense attorneys represent clients . Example : Jenna Ellis attorneys are married . All I know is DA Fani Willis prosecuted Young Thug not one person came along said nothing but Donald Trump co-defendant Roman founds out about Nathan Wade's divorce by the way the divorce filing was sealed but somehow Roman gets information . How did this happen? I think Jocelyn Wade provided receipts of trips , dining out , cruises to co-defendant Roman . It seems as though Jocelyn Wade and Nathan Wade failed marriage was due to her sleeping with his best friend . I believe Nathan Wade and Fani Willis didn't have an affair I think it became romantic in 2022 as stated . This disqualification case on DA Fani Willis is more about her personal life and trying desperately to paint DA Fani Willis and Prosecutor Nathan Wade inappropriately misuse of Fulton County taxpayers money I don't see this to be the case . Co-defendant Roman request the interference of election 2020 should be dismiss is nothing but a desperate move to not testify against Donald Trump . The case of interference election 2020 can move forward a crime was committed by Donald Trump and co-defendant Roman regardless .

I hate all of these tricks of the law. Its proven wade lied and the judge knows it. Yet, because of the trickery of law. He can choose to not allow it in the record and choose to pretend he doesn't know. Its really silly. I think they should call the female attorney on the stand and have her testify. He freely gave the info to her. Idk if that would work. Whats a fact. Both Fannie and Nate lied under oath. Will justice be served? Unlikeky

@wademitchell3817 The Entire Trump Investigation by Fani Willis Started after Raffensperger’s Aide Jordan Fuchs Lied About the Trump Phone Call to Far-Left WaPo - Then Deleted the Recording - It Was Later Discovered in Her Trash Folder. The Fani case will prove that GA Cheated for Biden. The Ruby Freeman case will be appealed and the video evidence then will be entered and then the previous case will be reversed. Ruby Counting the same stack of ballots three times is illegal and it will be exposed.

Look, ultimately I doubt Fani will be disqualified. There is not enough evidence to say she is lying.
But for someone who supposedly has nothing to hide, her team surely is busy using all legal arguments in the book trying to make sure nobody can testify about when the that relationship started.

    • @1donjuego

And why does it matter when their relationship started? How does that affect whether the defendants are quilty of conspiring to steal an election?

All you have to do is prove the appearance, not prove beyond a reasonable doubt. They're both going to be disqualified because there's clearly some question from about half those responses on these strings.

She has already been caught lying about the amount of money that she claimed to keep in her home. She said that she keeps 15,000, but when questioned about her statement in the book she wrote, where she said she was living month to month, she changed the figure to 9,000.

Omg the defendants lawyers are desperate to not have Bradley tell what knowledge he had of the romantic relationship btee we n Willis and wade. Also, this judge seems to be leaning towards the defendants lawyers, maybe because he worked or works in Willis’s office????
