if you have to ask which one you are a noob, and any frame will do the same thing. Just get something that is beefy with 6mm arms and you won't break it :) For me the worst thing I ever did starting off was using frames that were not designed to crash over and over....
Hey Parker, I'm a huge fan of your FPV videos! I'm looking into buying a couple drones to start learning myself and I had a couple questions for you. First question on the GEPRC Mark 5 drone which option would you recommend that is compatible with the DJI V2 goggles? Options are: 6S PNP, 6S TBS Nano Rx, 6S ELRS 2.4 G. I'm also looking into buying the GEPRC Cinelog 30 as well, same question applies, which options would you recommend for that drone that is compatible with the DJI V2 goggles? Options are: PNP, Frsky R-XSR, TBS Nano RX, or ELRS 2.4 G. Last question of those two drones, which one if either would be the better choice for a beginner just learning how to use FPV drones?
Hola.....quick question. I wired up an RXSR receiver on my Gep Rc Mark 5 and configured everything on Beta Flight. When I arm the quad and give it a little throttle, the quad jolts, spins (yaw) a couple times, and drops to the ground. Never had this problem, and have no idea. Any advice? As always, appreciate all your help! Thanks! Chris
Hi Parker, could you maybe make a quick video on how you set up your mark 5 in Betaflight? Like what rates do you have etc.? Would be highly appreciated! Cheers
Thanks, Parker! Very helpful! Although, I'm still not sure what options I should get on the included link in the description. What does "6S ELRS 2.4G" mean, for example? Is that the controller that comes with it? How about the battery? Would I automatically get the best battery, or do I need to select something else? In addition, I need to, of course, buy a 4k GoPro 6, correct? Do I also need to get a mount for the GoPro? What about the goggles?
go cheap as they will break depending on how you fly...as if you are a new person, they all do the same thing...only thing is that some are made cheaper and break easier :) F4 or F7 it's all the same to a new person and even me who's been flying for over 3 years everyday
I have the Nazgûl 5 V3 and I personally like this one better. Especially, as from what I can see, they only sell an X style frame which causes you to see props in your footage.
@@NOT_ANOTHER_FPVi might not be him but i can answer this cus i have flown both and own and love the mark The nasgul v3 is good i think this should be compared more to the Evoque instead since thats closer in price and performance The mark V has a much better tune in my opinion flys absolutely amazing build quality feels more premium especially since iflight xing motors are a real pain in the ass and break all the time And the most important part is that geprc customer support is great while iflights customer support is terrible witch matters alot when spending this amount of money
So a 5 inch freestyle instead of a Cinewhoop for a first time FPV flyer? I am going back and forth between this and one of the Cinelogs, I am coming from camera drones. Thoughts?
These are extremely powerful machines that can fly 80-100mph and you are fully responsible for every aspect of their control. A 5 inch is not a good recommendation for first manual drone. Camera drone experience does not transfer to FPV. They are 2 very different things.
@@brandon9689 I 100% agree, I am still learning, but they are dramatically different. Currently using an Avata 2 with the training wheels on, camera drones and FPV, like you said, not the same.
Sorry, but I don't like people shouting their YT headlines in uppercase and telling me "This is the best one in all of 2024", without knowing what people want to do and it's also just february. The Mark 5 is for sure a very good drone, but hey, the year isn't over, etc. ;-)
a frame is a frame when it comes down to it...what matters to me is how strong they are....as there has been nothing groundbreaking or new from what I can tell over the last 3 years. I just want to add my opinions :)
@@NOT_ANOTHER_FPVa frame is not just a frame. The frame is the most integral component of your craft as it holds everything you need to fly. thanks for the video but yeah just my 2 cents lol
So, does that mean you recommend what parker is recommending in this video or are you talking about something else?

I agree wholeheartedly so far…. I just converted mine to inav and love it!!
Only 7 minutes of flight time? Did I hear that right??
what camera angle do you recommend using?
Hello Parker
CAN you tell me what i can do for a better signal whit my tbs tango 2 and my geprc 5 whit 03 air unit trank you .
What’s like the best budget setup? I would love to get into something like this but obviously not break the bank
Broooo I love your drone videos , I didn’t know you have this channel, new subscriber 🫡🫡🫡
Hey Parker beautiful drone . Just got the green one. New to fpv ish . Thanks for the tip on the go pro hope all is well
Just received mine today with a Radiomaster Boxer. Nice review.
Nice video. I would love to see a video about the iflight nazgul 5 compared to the Geprc 5
Thanks, Parker!

Yup. I ordered one of these two weeks ago. I feel like it’s going to be two months before I see it (coming from China). Did you change your props?
Hi Parker! Great review! How do you compare the Mark 5 vs the new DoMain 3.5/4.2? I am looking to buy one of those.
