Brilliant stuff. So with this relay setup i could basically strip out trac control, air con and such that i don't need from my 91 soarer loom put a plug on the required wires plug in relays and have my cruiser running. Mine is going to run auto so would need the appropriate relay setup when available, but this just made my day. Wiring and the cost is something that has had me a bit worried on my 45 cruiser conversion. Currently running commodore v6 with a "v6 conversions" loom
Thats the basics of ot however I dont support soarer atm. The soarer engines are common in oz so I'm doing lots of loom refabs as they are all pretty tired. The configuration of the soarer loom with the main power inputs beside the battery and lots of extra unused wires in the loom dont make it as easy as the ucf20 harness. Im looking into it however have other projects to complete first. Theres another video coming I'm sure you will be interested in.
@@CartuneNZ Ah yep. I could in theory run a later loom and ecu though?. If i can find one. I have three looms and engines here all 91 soarer one being in donor car UZZ32 so won't be using that loom or ecu anyway. Will send you a couple of pics of what motor is going in if you like. Is a bit different
Is this relay setup for bypassing the factory fuel wiring system? And how much do you want for it? now I live in the USA . I have been having problems with my rev limiter being at 4k and not at 6k like it should. But it dont happen all the time. Just once in a while.
This setup is for engine swaps and does contain fuel pump circuits with the resistor bypassed to allow full fuel flow at all times. I sent stuff to the USA all the time. At present they are $800nzd. Flick me an email at info@thecartunecompany.co.nz if you wish to purchase. Cheers Kelvin
I am in the early phase of wiring in my 4Runner 1UZ swap - reading diagrams. I am assuming the 4 relays in that setup are ignition, starter, main/EFI, and circuit opening relay.
Some have start relay and resistor for fuel circuit, some have start and the twin fuel relays depending on requirements. I have information to purchase on wiring these correctly
how can i contact you other than email ? and id didnt wanna ask on certain forums because thats a bit weird but i need to leanr or atleast want to buy one of these for my project its almsot 2 yrs and im almost complete i just need a harness this simple and good support please let me know
For the Non vvti I generally swap to a non immo ecu but I also have a contact for a way around the immo system. VVti are easy and I have been sorting them for years, Cheers Kelvn
With or Without a Sheath? I think there can be too much resistance to log fat but at the same time too many amps through skinney can be a disaster. Cheers Kelvin

In time Ill do one. Soarer have lots of extra wires which are a bit of an issue when designing this sort of setup unfortunately but in time ill work out a plan.

На родную приборную панель скорость приходит через тросик. Что может быть? Номер ЭБУ 89661-3а091. Электро схемы не могу найти. Все что встречал так или иначе не подходят. Пин скорости нашел путем прозвонки, на нем было 5 вольт. За помощь за ранее спасибо!

That's a great kit... Should do one for an auto too!
Auto will happen once the stock plugs become available. They are held up due to this crappy worldwide lockdown stuff happening atm.

Is it better to have a long skinny cable as opposed to a long fat cable?

For a manual setup all the same wires exist in the 1990 however pin positions are different. In time ill make the same thing for the early looms too.
