hi tj. I asked him before about this exact question, while he was doing a live video. he has what I guess you would call a fleet insurance with an insurance broker. he paid a set fee for the year, of around 5000 dollars at that time. this was a few years ago, before he had the really expensive cars. he said he'd just ring them up everytime he bought or sold a car. I assume he plays slightly more now due to the more exotic cars. I do remember that 5000 dollars was for around 20 cars at the time.
@@kingoffifa thanks for the detailed explanation
Probably a company insurance policy.
" a never-ending cycle of stupidity". Sounds a lot like politics.
Just add a shovel full of corruption and I‘d agree.
Nah how about a few dump truck loads
But politics includes "unlimited" tax payer money. Big difference.
At least Hoovie's videos are entertaining.
I want to see him drive the pink Power Wheels that's behind the Mustang
I still remember when you park all you cars in your driveway and only the 911 (Pre-LS Swap) and Honda NSX had the privilege to be inside your garage.
Fun fact: Back then you had less hair (Like a number 2 haircut)
He got his hair cut at the barber shop in GTA!
Go in bald come out with a afro!
I remember before he even bought Apollo 911. All he had was a few old Mercedes. (And the V12 S Class that Tavarish owns now)
@@portermcsorley That V12 S Class is actually how I found Tyler’s channel.
12:40 Oof, kinda missed that audio cue huh :P
Man, that last shot is definitely life goals material. Way to go Hoov, you definitely earned it.
BATTERY TENDERS!!!! Make sure that fleet in the garage always has the batteries charging ready to go or u will be constantly buying batteries all year long
For a “dumb collection of cars” this is a very nice assortment of cars.
I think he wouldn’t have called it dumb if he still had his MV Testarossa
Agree. Something for everyone, even bmw guys.
OMG you have OutRun cabinet in your garage! It was one of my favourite racing game from Sega and it felt great when drifting with Testarossa! You sir are so awesome!
“Dumbest automotive channel on all of RUclips”
*Shows secret cars because he forgot the barn was full of secrets*
Maybe “most absent-minded” is more accurate than “dumbest”?
yeah sure because he couldn't fix that issue with editing / production... he's not that dumb as he mentions
He knew what he was doing. The tease is an old marketing trick.
@@johnnymeahan5218 Exactly. Just like the "Starts with Ca- ends with -Ek" comment... Builds hype and keeps people interested in future videos 😎
@@97TP And gets people to comment, which feeds the engagement meter that RUclips uses to pay him...
Dang CarTrek season 3 is already in production, that's good to hear. Looks like land yachts or something?
Thought the samee, haha
I feel like the Ferrari he has on the barn would be used on the third season.
@@TomTheCat. I think that's season 4
I started watching Tyler's videos with the first 996 video when followers were, I believe, not even a thousand. I never used RUclips and I still do not (expect for this channel) and I am still trying to find out how their algorithms recommended these car stories to a French guy that comes on their website once a month. I assume this was their joker to get a new regular viewer. Well... it worked
All the best Hoovies, love what you do. This really is a fresh way to speak about cars. Long life to this channel!
12:40 Love that mistimed theme music that was prob supposed to go over the silent driving part prior
Car trek 3? That makes my day
You missed the mark there driving with the audio buddy LOL. That Enterprise poster in the garage! I had that when I was a kid.
The prowler is growing on men. But the moustache had to go.
And again Tyler, do some more adventures with these gems.
Don’t just let them sit.
Plot twist... The $20k is to cover the taxes if you win this prize.
If you were given cash you have to pay taxes on that cash it’s called a gift tax
I think they said they will cover the taxes in addition to the prize. Not that anyone has to worry about actually winning with a statistical 0% chance of winning.
@@HP.Customs Correct but if they give you enough cash it will cover all "necessary" taxes and you break even.
This is why you should live in canada
@@TheG60528XiJinPing well said, I've seen their giveaways before on other videos and I didn't think for a second that there was an actual chance. The whole giveaway thing is an interesting tale to distract you while they have valuable exposure, clicks and data coming into their forms from you.
Thank you for bringing in some Wagoneer updates. That’s is my favorite car of all time.
I find your lacking of Alfa Romeos and Lancias disturbing.
LOL!
Im sure you can always donate some money to buy one..
Coz they all rusted away or just won't start 😆
Yeah you realize that here in the USA neither of those makes ever sold more than about 12 cars. I don't even think you could buy a new Lancia in the USA unless it was a grey market import. They just weren't on the ground here in the USA when they were new, thus they don't have much of a following, unlike in Europe. I'd bet there are more Ferraris and Lambos here in the USA than Alfas, the only Lancias I've ever seen in the states belong to the Lane Motor Museum.
And Yugos!
I am genuinely excited about the Buick Park Ave Ultra.
3800 bois
Those are a blast to drive. Grandparents had a ‘96, limited slip transaxle would rip the tires at a light. Very odd
@@joelharris3073 I have a 2001. Surprisingly fun to drive indeed!
Missed opportunity, shoulda called Teagan "clutch"
Next on Hoovie's garage: His HOA tells him to leave town.
He’s gotta be pushing some boundaries (knowing HOAs) but it probably helps that he’s at the end of a cul de sac so no almost no one sees it.
What if he's the president of his hoa and makes his own rules? 😅
Hoovie Jr lookin' confused about who dad is talking to.
I'm beginning to think you're following Leno and Wizard is your personal mechanic. I mean, seeing how many of your cars he's working on currently. lol 😉 I still watch Car Issues when it crosses my path. I'm in TX, so the Bronco episode cracked me up along with the Ranchero, too. You crossed my mind seeing you at Barrett-Jackson in Las Vegas, so here I am. 5/19/21. Kudos!
did you accidentally put the music that was supposed to be played whilst driving the BMW, just after you arrived?
On purpose
@@MuhamedShboul that was such a bad transition there is no way that was on purpose lmao
@@Nate-bm8vk mate, you probably subbed to him not too long ago,
I used to watch his videos before he had 50k subs so I know his quirks

Thanks for letting me see my Eclipse @23:07 I'm so excited to see it when it's done! BTW thanks for being you you’re the reasons I got into cars.
i love seeing that wizard is comfortable in front of the camera now
Ninja’s too :)
You should check out his channel. Ironically the best part of it is the boat he's fixing up.
I remember when he first put him on the channel,he was so awkward in front of the camera, now he’s a natural with a good sense of humor
Can we just take a moment to appreciate that outstandingly beautiful blue paintjob on the 360?
Thanks...Hoovie you are fun to watch my friend...!
Hoover: I have a problem and you enable me by clicking "like".
Me: clicks "like".
Hoovie, are you planning on keeping the smoked black Murcielago taillights with stock ones? Just wondering...
Hoovie,, nice buy! When I worked at a Dodge/Chrysler/Plymouth dealership. I had a friend in South Georgia that had a hunting range. Multiple acres. He would buy every Old Jeep Wagoneer that I could find . His customers loved being able to take all of their hunting party in the same vehicle. No matter how bad the terrain was.
Imagine making money by showing people how you've spent money. What am I doing with my life.
