Just watched your wonderful video again and created the horizontal bar text effect animation. Now I have a wonderful way to animate text. I have not gone through the entire video to do anything else yet, but I will. Thank you for creating this wonderful Shotcut tutorial.

For real, Hands down, I'm making videos in 2022 using Shotcut and newer software's in late 2022, and this is really helpful. Not only the pace of your tutorial, but also the information you provided, in the form of OBS Studio (I'm Also Using), Luma_wipes with filers. Thank you
This is great! I spent quite a while looking for a tutorial on how to add text to an empty track, usually people just show how to add it to a fixed video clip! And now I also learned how to add cool effects, excellent video

Very useful video, Jonray! You are an expert at it and I am just a beginner. So, I have a query for you. If I have lyrics of a song (in text form) being displayed at the bottom part of video while the song is playing, I want to know how to create a small ball kind of an image which rolls on top of each word of the lyrics synchronously with the lip movement in the song. This will be useful if I make karaoke track so that someone will know which word comes next based on this ball movement and sing in tandem. Hope I have explained it clearly. Can you please let me know how to achieve this? Thanks!
Yea right...that is exactly what I thought...even harder than davinci resolve because in davinci resolve you just simple add the transition but shotcut needs lot of step...
Btw Jr. Can you do a session on how to insert symbol ( like arrow pointing and also pop-up that can follow a specific frame), thing like comment bubble or lightbulb bubble....etc.. thank you
