They can build pop up houses in a certain area n provide pop up kitchens and medical services just 1 million can do the job ,they fine you for feeding them

Tell that to the gentrifiers who want twelve hundred to three grand a month in rent. Do they have a time frame for when rents will be ten to twenty grand a month? And will that be enough to satisfy their addiction to money?
Because animals can't be sex offenders. A large chunk of the homeless population are sex offenders. They can't be put into any kind of public housing because theres kids nearby.

Their are jobs but they do need a place to start to get them off-the streets to where they can safely lay their heads down and cleanup to where they can go out sand get a job.
But are they the type of jobs that will provide these people with a proper income? Also known as a 'living wage'. A study was done that stated Welfare paid more than a full time job on minimum wage. When you look at the housing assistance and transportation and food assistance and medical care that comes with Welfare... and how many of the low wage jobs don't offer medical insurance, have uncertain hours, frequently send people home early when its slow and will fire a person for any damn reason... then they would be better off on welfare.
In order to help them how about you simply spare land for them Atlanta were they can set up tents and also have a cop that can be on guard to help protect them problem solved this earth is for everyone no one owns anything
