      tanu 29 no not really I just take small meals and drink a lot of water.

      Aisha Khan I do the different cardio exercises of susana at least 5 or 6 days a week n I have seen my body toned.

    Hey Susana! you're LOVE!!!! This is the only set I have completed perfectly.. I am currently 105 kg and just started on my fitness journey. And you are my inspiration. Could you do a 30-40 mins full body cardio routine without jumping.It is really difficult to do jumping exercise as a beginner.Thanks.

    this video caters those who have extreme flat fleets with the bone protruding outwards like me. i am not allowed to jump to protect my knees and feet. great work

    I want to say you I have done all types exercise but I don't find any results pls guide me pls I have a 2 years old baby .after delivery my weight and fat increase fastest and now my weight is 70 kg .pls tell me what I do for loss fat and weight.

      Dear there is my wedding in December i do 30 to 40 mints running and walking + I have started your October workout calendar but i cant do jumping and squats ...because im too heavy 😢 my weight is 92 kg and my age is 27 ....i want to reduce my hips and breast plz help me...😭 i have three month only ...i m on strict diet ....
