This is the best 30-minute workout so far on RUclips! I've been trying different videos for over a year and love this one so much. It is not too hard, not too easy, not too long, not too short, just right and enough to sweat while targeting the waist, butt, inner thigh and lower belly all at the same time. I like standing waist and belly workout better than the ones laying down because the standing one burns more calories and makes you sweat more. 30 minutes I kill 200 calories and slim my waist and legs, results are showing. Thank you for making this video.

I feel like this is actually a full body workout. It's easy to modify if you can't do higher impact. I got all the way through it! I look forward to adding this to my working routine and seeing results. I also love that even during the rest period you are working your abs, if you can.
