on day 3 rn lowkey have seen results i’ve noticed my hunch back is starting to fade and i’m lowkey noticing my arms are starting to be smaller ngl don’t be fooled this workout may seem easy but i swear to u it’s not omg it’s such a burner when u get to exercise 3 it’s hell but soooo good ! update i’m on day 5 and i’ve noticed results… my back got slimmer..

After set 2 my arms and shoulders were paining as hell...ohh god after doing this i can feel so much pain in my arms as well as the nerves..🥵🥵🥵😥😥😫it hurts so much...but a very helpful exercise today is my 1st day i will keep doing this exercise..🤩👍🏻👍🏻

I did this twice in a day and I lost 5kg in 2 weeks... I tend to lose weight fast so it can be different for others
Oh and also I would go for a walk for about 40 mins a day on top of this workout

It’s looks a lot different . These exercises have really helped in to eliminate fat on my back . (Remember it’s only for fat on the upper back )

Example my one arm is equal to susana both arms now you can imagine the condition of my upper body(arms+upper back)

Please dear ye bata dijiye mujhe in details, kab kab aur kaun kaun sa exercise karna hai, ek exercise kitne din tak karna hai, iss videos me jo calendar diya hai workout ka, mujhe samajh me nhi aa rha hai, challenge 1 day, challenge 5 day etc. Mon, tue, wed, thur, inn sab ka matlab kya hai.
