      It really is! And official Mobile Mardi Gras colors are only purple and gold. Green was added by NOLA

      Totally agree with your take. Areas like Baldwin County and Mobile County (to a little lesser degree) have had a large influx of out of state buyers from more expensive housing markets, which definitely does push up prices making it less attractive comparatively.

      I think that’s quite possible with the revitalization of downtown and the growing collegiate options.
