My girlfriend is the creator of Kelpy, and while I was kind of thrown off by her love for this fandom when she first told me about it (I had a Furby once and it started talking in my closet once WITHOUT BATTERIES, so, bad memories), I quickly ended up loving and supporting her enthusiasm for this, and I am so proud of her and Kelpy~

@@catboysephiroth560 really, the main thing is to just make a furby side-blog. try not to get wrapped up in the drama (especially the blog furby-confessions), and just have fun posting about furbies! you don't need a furby right away; you can just reblog and interact with other users. if you do want to buy a furby, stay away from people who try to sell them for too much. a reasonable price would be around $15, but you can probably find one for a lot cheaper. best of luck!

honestly diving into the pro-ana community would be a good video, but you cant just scratch the surface because most ana tumblrs are normal and just vent accounts, you have to dive back to 2012-2014 ish (roughly around when those Voss water bottles were a big thing) thats where you'll find the really messed up stuff such as "praise ana" etc. i'ts really messed up and worth a dive
The pro ana community on Tumblr is honestly so toxic even to this day although it isn't as prevalent. Nowadays it isn't always "PRAISE ANA" or "SHE WILL HELP YOU" which I personally find disturbing by giving your illness a name. It's become normal in the community to encourage tips on how to starve yourself or do a long fast and but then tag it with "not pro just using tags" which is honestly just bullshit.
I didn’t know I needed this in my life? This is the definition of a good fandom! I am here for it and I’m gonna follow all of them, because the world can be dark and messed up. But their are people out in the world making custom furbies and living their best life. Hats off to the furbie fandom they’re killing it with their creativity.

The pro ana community on Tumblr is honestly so toxic even to this day although it isn't as prevalent. Nowadays it isn't always "PRAISE ANA" or "SHE WILL HELP YOU" which I personally find disturbing by giving your illness a name. It's become normal in the community to encourage tips on how to starve yourself or do a long fast and but then tag it with "not pro just using tags" which is honestly just bullshit.

I didn’t know I needed this in my life? This is the definition of a good fandom! I am here for it and I’m gonna follow all of them, because the world can be dark and messed up.
