Hey everyone, before trying any of the steps in this video, try simply clicking on See advanced repair options, and then Shut Down. Turn it back on and the problem was fixed for me. This method worked after multiple fruitless attempts at Restarting my PC
If the above comment doesn't work try taking out your graphics card and installing another one (if you don't have access to another ask your friend if you can borrow theirs) - This will work 100% of the time as the windows issue is related to the graphics card drivers. I sell PC's for a living and have had this windows glitch happen multiple times. Once you install the replacement/your friends graphics card your PC will boot normally. Simply remove the replacement graphics card and place your own back in and it'll be working again - Let me know if this helped you out!

I restarted the pc and it worked!! Now i m laughting. Thanks again, i admired that you just talk and explain, its human, it works :) without effects or robots voices, thats the good stuff

I recommend always add a system restore stage, cuz when your PC get blue screen, with the system restore, you can fix it easy
