So our gap was at 2mm and when we adjusted it to .5 the bean temp is lagging horribly behind airflow temp, where they rose steadily before. Do you know why that would happen or how to correct it?
Just to clarify. Did you mean what you said when you said "clockwise" or what you did with your hand? When you said clockwise, your hand went anti-clockwise and vise versa, Im adjusting my barrel today. Thanks alot

What if you have a roaster with 4 bolts around the bearings? Two high and two low, getting a bit of rubbing but don't know how to adjust.
