IMF Coffee Roaster V's Standard Drum Roaster (Full Comparison)

How does an IMF Coffee Roaster compare to a traditional drum style roaster? In this video we are explaining more about the IMF Coffee Roaster which we use and how it compares to a more traditional style drum roaster such as the Roastmax featured here. What's the good and bad of both roasters? In term of the final product

The development of the bean is far more even and a bigger bloom from the imf. The airflow in the imf can really get acidity, in many intensity levels, you just need to tame this if your not after acidity in the end roast profile
