Yes, alpha arbutin does work. I wondered why in west they don't talk about that for hyper pigmentation. They generally talk about vitamin C and Niacinamide(Vitamin B3) which are absolutely amazing. But as Sussan said, this ingredient is not new and being an Indian I used to think that may be in west it doesn't get that popularity.
This Alpha Arbutin ingredient worked beautifully on my mom's pigmentation.
Okay, but can you talk about why Naturium does not provide the percentages of active ingredients...? As a consumer, I should know the percentages to make an educated decision. Also, the pH levels are not so specific... why is that? As a producer, transparency is essential & should not be an option.

I’ve been really wanting to try products from your brand but so so many of them have Hylaronic Acid in them. I’m highly sensitive to that ingredient and can’t use any sort of product with HA, please maybe consider this in the future when working on new products! Those of us who can’t use HA at all are already soooo limited to what we can use!

Susan, when you create your cleansing balm, please consider a unique or innovative packaging that isn’t the usual tub.. I have stayed away from balms because I get so annoyed having to open the tub top and scoop every time lol. Please consider something like the inky lists new tube packaging - or perhaps you can create an oil/balm hybrid so it’s thin enough to be pumped out (or something else innovative)! Just happy suggestions and hopes ☺️💕

I am sooo happy, for this ingredient in skin care, I love arbutin and niacinamide. I been using the one from hada labo toner, but sometimes it out of stock on Amazon, plus I been love the Naturium niacinamide 12%. Can't wait for the SPF.

Would it be redundant to use the Niacinamide serum and the Alpha Arbutin serum? I love using the niacinamide, and in my daily routine I use my Inkey List Alpha Arbutin. Would this take the place of both?
