I IMed them on fb a few months back asking what i could incorporate/do based off my skin needs and what i was wanting for my skin and they worked around what i already had and bc of that once i ran out of my other brands i purchased them in naturium. I honestly have 7 items from Naturium, love every single one. Love the botanical ingredients and gentle formulations. The packaging is beautifully done and nice to look at from my storage.

I love love love naturium 95% of my skin care is from you ... it literally has changed my skin and the niacinimide is the only thing that has worked on my skin to control oil production and my hyperpigmentation! Transparency please?? What are the retinol and vitamin c percentages in your products? I asked this in the last video, but never got a response. Even your website says that you can’t disclose percentages. Your customers should be able to know how much they are getting for active ingredients. As someone who defended you during your scandal and wanted to give you a chance I’m very disappointed in the continued lack of transparency. Please be transparent about your products. We deserve that much for sticking with you.

I have used Naturium products and they are so good. The 2% BHA is better than the Paula's Choice one and my skin feels the difference as I have run out of that. Susan, you need to make Naturium available in Asia! Can't wait!!

Lot of brands from USA do it, and brands from Korea/Japan that are sold in USA...I buy USA brands continuously without any problems. Tranexamic Acid is amazing for hyper pigmentation. I used to have really bad acne and lots of hyper pigmentation I used tranexamic acid serum and lotion toner from a Taiwanese brand Naruko worked really well. Can’t wait to try Naturiums version!

I don't know, I feel like there's a market for GOOD sunscreens for skin of color. And I absolutely love Naturium's philosophy! A sunscreen that's luxurious in sustainable packaging that's also budget-friendly would be a dream..❤❤ But I totally get it, we don't need excess in a saturated market and the plastic waste isn't diminishing anytime soon.
What I love about Susan and Naturium, is that she knows what she's talking about. For those who have been here for a long time now, we know that she's not in the medical field, but she is literate. SHE READS AND RESEARCHES (which many people, clearly don't) and it shows in the way she talks about her products. We all remember the incident with the brand reveal, and I remember that people complaining were not exactly skincare enthusiasts... Like everyone else were like "yeah, ok, it makes sense" and that was that. These products work, they are afforadable, and yes, some people's skin don't agree with them, which is normal, but for the majority, we love someone who actually listens to the concerns of the target audience. Every product Naturium has launched has great reviews with most of the people who use it, and they are also great for beginners. I want to congratulate Susan for making this video, and this brand that really makes a difference. There are way too many brands that are just marketing gimmicks, expensive, or end up damaging instead of helping. Naturium is a well thought brand so far. And when it becomes available internationally, it will have my purchase. All the love to Susan.

I have dealt wirh tiny skin bumps my entire life changing my skincare products constsntly. Naturium niacinamide and the bha liquid literally changed my skin and my life. Will never go without!!
I have combo skin and have the plant ceramide cream. It’s great I love it but definite don’t think I can use it in the summer! It is thick and ultra moisturizing. I can still feel it on my skin in the morning!
I recently started using plant rich ceramide moisturizer and retinol serum, and so far I am loving it. The moisturizer feels really nice, great for the night routine. It reminds me of Olay regenerist ultra rich moisturizer in texture.
A cleansing balm without polyethylene would be ideal. I use oils now but would prefer a balm. However, I refuse to contribute to the plastic crisis. Micro plastics are being consumed by the fish in the ocean and are then being eaten by humans. I personally am vegan but I don't want my friends and family eating plastic so please help consumers make smarter choices without compromising their preferences

Seriously love them both, such awesome and talented ladies. Naturium I love for all my Niacinimide products as not new to the ingrdient but her formulations are so damn effective compared to any other brand I've tried. The niacinamide toner and serum will always be staples in really balancing my normal looking but oily/breakout prone skin. Combined with a good vitamin c serum and pure retinal I use have really been the perfect combo of exfoliation, keeping skin clear, brightening, and preventative anti aging. To balance I like my cleanser and moisturizer to be hydrating yet still leaving my pores clean and Kraves Matcha Cleanser and Oat Water Cream have been perfection. All such unique formulations from 2 amazing brands I'm glad to have part of my skincare arsinal! 🤗💕

I'm going to ask what I did on your facebook ad post (which then didn't get answered and I can no longer comment on your ads). What steps are you taking yourself and as a brand to gain back the trust of your followers/clients? I know you did an apology video, which has since been picked apart in other youtubers videos and they pointed out more false information (also did you take down that video?). As someone with a lot of skincare knowledge, we understand you are likely to make good formulations, yet how do we know you will be truthful and honest in the future of your brand? As far as your chanel, how can we trust your recommendations moving forward? Also silencing someone with these concerns isn't a very forthright way to go. Owning up to it and be honest about what happened is what will turn a hurt supporter into someone slowly willing to give a second chance. Lastly, why did you decide to mark your skin care as vegan? Having bee products is not conditional of a vegan ingredients. I honestly want to trust you, but I think you owe your supporters a plan to how you intend to rebuild trust.
Hi Michelle! I’m always open to more conversation. The issue with public forums is that you really can’t win. As you pointed out, I posted an apology video and then people turned those words around. What steps would you like to see? Regarding our vegan language, we’ve had lots of conversations with vegans on what they would like to see written on our packaging and website, so we’ve made those updates on the couple of products that have honey.
Would adore if you offered a cleanser with the cucumber scent option your Niacinamide Toner has and wish your Nia serum had it too, another staple of mine lol. I get many have sensitivities but equally as many dont and enjoy a super fresh natural essence type scent as part of their skincare ritual for the senses. Love the toner per it smelling so fresh and relaxing among amazing formula! :)

Bought the Niacinamide plus Zinc on a whim and loved it so much I went and bought more. Amazing difference after one week of use. Literally my pores ejected gunk and I’m pretty happy with the developing results. I freaked out a little bit when I developed pimples but I believe it was a purge (I never actively used face products besides gentle cleaners and moisturizers). Now, I don’t have pimples! Just waiting for the white bumps to go away. :)

@@0611zack Actually, all resellers on Amazon share the same product listing, and most people don't know how to choose which reseller they want to buy from. People just search for what they want and Amazon sells it from the reseller with the lowest price. I know this because I've been selling on Amazon for 10 years now. Also, the reason why Naturium isn't officially selling in Europe yet is probably because they have not yet been approved by the EU Commission, so i doubt very much that they are the ones selling in Europe through Amazon.

Maybe I’m late to the game but I’m going to jump on the site now and order a starter kit. 🤞 that your brand will change my life. I have such a hard time finding things that work for my skin, it can be so frustrating. My biggest issue is texture or congested pores so my skin can sometimes look better without makeup but I really like to even out my skin and add a glow.
Please create a no-shine sunscreen that DOESNT feel heavy!! All the dry down ones are so cakey. I have spent hundreds looking for the one and it ain't happening :(

I tried that one and it felt really stuffy, my sweat got trapped under it and it felt gross :( for some reason all the SPF's that other people like never work on me. I have oily but also kinda dry skin. The only thing that I can kind of tolerate is the Muji one.
Your packaging was what attracted me 😆 so I bought the squalene, azaleaic acid and tranexamic acid. Love them all. Then I found out it is your skincare line. Definitely will try more products.

Susan, do you think your line would ever formulate more products designed for super sensitive, reactive skin that aren't just soothing treatments? My skin can't tolerate hyaluronic acid or niacinamide, and it's extremely difficult to find products that don't contain these ingredients. Most of the products that don't contain these ingredients are explicitly soothing products. I enjoy a soothing serum, but I want to try out treatments too! The Vitamin C face oil is GENIUS and I can't wait to try it, and I would love to see more like it.
In the winter I usually have sand paper dry skin & I decided to give Susan’s double moisture technique a chance with the Plant Ceramide Rich Moisture cream & the Intense Overnight Rich Moisture Cream. Let me tell you it works so well. I woke up with soft & plump skin I could cry 🥺 so good!!!!

I have dealt wirh tiny skin bumps my entire life changing my skincare products constsntly. Naturium niacinamide and the bha liquid literally changed my skin and my life. Will never go without!!
I have combo skin and have the plant ceramide cream. It’s great I love it but definite don’t think I can use it in the summer! It is thick and ultra moisturizing. I can still feel it on my skin in the morning!
I recently started using plant rich ceramide moisturizer and retinol serum, and so far I am loving it. The moisturizer feels really nice, great for the night routine. It reminds me of Olay regenerist ultra rich moisturizer in texture.

A cleansing balm without polyethylene would be ideal. I use oils now but would prefer a balm. However, I refuse to contribute to the plastic crisis. Micro plastics are being consumed by the fish in the ocean and are then being eaten by humans. I personally am vegan but I don't want my friends and family eating plastic so please help consumers make smarter choices without compromising their preferences

Wish there is a cleansing oil in this line. Watched Susan's video, took notes, went to Target, and bought products that I needed for my skin care routine. Not all of them were available at Target, so I will have to order online. Hyperpigmentation is my problem, too.

Seriously love them both, such awesome and talented ladies. Naturium I love for all my Niacinimide products as not new to the ingrdient but her formulations are so damn effective compared to any other brand I've tried. The niacinamide toner and serum will always be staples in really balancing my normal looking but oily/breakout prone skin. Combined with a good vitamin c serum and pure retinal I use have really been the perfect combo of exfoliation, keeping skin clear, brightening, and preventative anti aging. To balance I like my cleanser and moisturizer to be hydrating yet still leaving my pores clean and Kraves Matcha Cleanser and Oat Water Cream have been perfection. All such unique formulations from 2 amazing brands I'm glad to have part of my skincare arsinal! 🤗💕

I'm going to ask what I did on your facebook ad post (which then didn't get answered and I can no longer comment on your ads). What steps are you taking yourself and as a brand to gain back the trust of your followers/clients? I know you did an apology video, which has since been picked apart in other youtubers videos and they pointed out more false information (also did you take down that video?). As someone with a lot of skincare knowledge, we understand you are likely to make good formulations, yet how do we know you will be truthful and honest in the future of your brand? As far as your chanel, how can we trust your recommendations moving forward? Also silencing someone with these concerns isn't a very forthright way to go. Owning up to it and be honest about what happened is what will turn a hurt supporter into someone slowly willing to give a second chance. Lastly, why did you decide to mark your skin care as vegan? Having bee products is not conditional of a vegan ingredients. I honestly want to trust you, but I think you owe your supporters a plan to how you intend to rebuild trust.
Hi Michelle! I’m always open to more conversation. The issue with public forums is that you really can’t win. As you pointed out, I posted an apology video and then people turned those words around. What steps would you like to see? Regarding our vegan language, we’ve had lots of conversations with vegans on what they would like to see written on our packaging and website, so we’ve made those updates on the couple of products that have honey.
These products are a shocker I FEEL and SEE a difference in just a few uses !!!!!! In love want all of them now !!!
Would adore if you offered a cleanser with the cucumber scent option your Niacinamide Toner has and wish your Nia serum had it too, another staple of mine lol. I get many have sensitivities but equally as many dont and enjoy a super fresh natural essence type scent as part of their skincare ritual for the senses. Love the toner per it smelling so fresh and relaxing among amazing formula! :)

Bought the Niacinamide plus Zinc on a whim and loved it so much I went and bought more. Amazing difference after one week of use. Literally my pores ejected gunk and I’m pretty happy with the developing results. I freaked out a little bit when I developed pimples but I believe it was a purge (I never actively used face products besides gentle cleaners and moisturizers). Now, I don’t have pimples! Just waiting for the white bumps to go away. :)

@@0611zack Actually, all resellers on Amazon share the same product listing, and most people don't know how to choose which reseller they want to buy from. People just search for what they want and Amazon sells it from the reseller with the lowest price. I know this because I've been selling on Amazon for 10 years now.
Also, the reason why Naturium isn't officially selling in Europe yet is probably because they have not yet been approved by the EU Commission, so i doubt very much that they are the ones selling in Europe through Amazon.

Maybe I’m late to the game but I’m going to jump on the site now and order a starter kit. 🤞 that your brand will change my life. I have such a hard time finding things that work for my skin, it can be so frustrating. My biggest issue is texture or congested pores so my skin can sometimes look better without makeup but I really like to even out my skin and add a glow.

I tried that one and it felt really stuffy, my sweat got trapped under it and it felt gross :( for some reason all the SPF's that other people like never work on me. I have oily but also kinda dry skin. The only thing that I can kind of tolerate is the Muji one.

Your packaging was what attracted me 😆 so I bought the squalene, azaleaic acid and tranexamic acid. Love them all. Then I found out it is your skincare line. Definitely will try more products.
Honestly, the website needs a quiz so we can determine what products will work. It’s overwhelming seeing so much products and don’t know where to start. I’m just so use to starting w/the quiz results and go from there 🤷🏽♀️

Susan, do you think your line would ever formulate more products designed for super sensitive, reactive skin that aren't just soothing treatments? My skin can't tolerate hyaluronic acid or niacinamide, and it's extremely difficult to find products that don't contain these ingredients. Most of the products that don't contain these ingredients are explicitly soothing products. I enjoy a soothing serum, but I want to try out treatments too! The Vitamin C face oil is GENIUS and I can't wait to try it, and I would love to see more like it.
