FUEL Series 30 Min Full-on Full Body Circuits Workout | Day 9

  • Lower body then moving to the upper body… we have compound movements and some isolation in here too with some welcomed time on the mat for abs!
    We simply perform the first circuit for 2 rounds! The second circuit will reflect the first circuit but with slight variations to incorporate more explosive, bodyweight or slightly faster-paced movements to finish!
    The timer will be on for a majority of the circuits 40 seconds of work with 20 seconds of rest!
    The dumbbells I am using for your reference are 2 x 15kg dumbbells and 2 x 10kg dumbbells. Aside from dumbbells, all you will need is a mat and chair/bench for Bulgarian lunges!

    Definitely, a high intensity session that will leave you feeling AMAZING!
    Sweat and strength through 2 circuits involving alternating upper to lower sets… we will get through quite a lot during these 30 minutes!

    I am 61 years old and thanks to Caroline I am in the best shape of my adult life. I have been doing her workouts now for two years and I am so grateful for this platform. It has helped me get in shape, build muscle and become much more toned. While I am not always able to perform every exercise, I am able to modify to make it work for me. Thanks for helping me achieve a fitness level I never achieved before and have so much more energy , flexibility and balance for my age. I am truly appreciative.

      This is so encouraging. I started working out in summer of 2022 and found Caroline in April (or so) of this year. I'm 59, and am so thrilled with what I've done in a year, and can't wait to see what the future holds.

    I plan my social gatherings around Caroline’s workout schedule and took a complete rest day yesterday 😆 meeting a friend for lunch. Coming back strong for this Friday full body workout. Looks like a great one! Let’s all smash this as well Girvanators 💪🏼

      Hi Connie...so pleased you had a lovely rest day yesterday and I hope you had a very happy time with your friend! I went for a lovely country walk and to see some beautiful gardens at Penshurst Place! Like you I was ready for this Friday full body session! I have just finished and it is just so superb! The way that last circuit pushes your heart rate up...then even more with burpees! I loved it...and I found the add on so hard today after all that! My system with Caroline’s workouts is just to do them early before anything else can get in the way! You’ll Have a great workout today, Connie!

    I keep saying just how brilliantly planned these workouts are...and each day Caroline keeps on producing more and more superb workouts! Today’s circuits are look fantastic....the mix of upper and lower body means we will work hard...but we’re going to get a superb cardio workout too! We get to some abs...and we finish with burpees!     Just finished...and I enjoyed this so much! I loved the way the first two circuits led perfectly into the last one...how my heart rate pushed up in that final circuit...then the burpees were just such a great way to finish!       Morning, Matthew. Superb friday again! Can't believe we have almost finish week 2 of fuel. Time is passing even more quickly that usual. Like you said, it looks like a brilliant one, but it is even more brilliant when you do it. It is hard to talk about favourite session of the week during Fuel as every single session is sooo good. The exercises were put together perfectly, I loved how the second circuit was mimicing the first one but it was more explosive. Burpees were amazing, really finished me off. The add-on was hard, holding plank requieres so many muscles, my shoulders are sore from doing upper body session from tuesday yesterday and my quads were tired after the whole 35 minute workout. But at the same time I enjoyed it, especially hover donkey lifts!
      Enjoy your saturday, rest and restore, sunday will be a rollercoaster of sweat again!

      Morning Matthew you described it well. Caroline does go from strength to strength and knows just when to Push us🥵 loved today. HR was up and the sweat was pouring. Great variation.       Absolutely brilliant to hear Mambo!! Incredible to read you are loving training with me and so many incredible people across the world!
      Yes scales can definitely have a place in certain circumstances but it’s a wonderful place to not refer to it and especially as we build muscle! I weigh a lot heavier than someone else my size who doesn’t lift regularly so it doesn’t mean a lot to me… something to always bear in mind too!
      Love that you call these ‘gems’! 😍👊🏼

    Best way to start the day.... workout with Caroline. Full body Friday just went soooo quickly! It was a fantastic workout as always. I love the variations in the 3rd round and the burpee finisher..never thought I'd be saying that 🤣. Thanks Caroline. Have a fabulous weekend everyone

    I recommend your videos to everyone! I can’t thank you enough for being the best at what you do. I am 46 and it is so hard now to get in shape. It use to be so easy. I realize how important muscle building is and staying strong. I work out every morning before work and it is just perfect. You are so encouraging and easy to follow and you kick my butt. I will be honest I do swear at you at times lol. My kids are really active and my daughter now does your videos in between sports. She loves you too! Thanks again! I love working out with you!!!!     I did my very first Burpee. I mean a REAL one. Ever. There is nothing wrong with modifying (of course), but I always just used it as an excuse not to TRY a Burpee. My shock when I did it!! Thank you so much Caroline. It's silly, and you I know this is a video... but I never feel like you are judging me... lol... I feel like it's pure enjoyment and encouragement. See you tomorrow!!

    Full Body Fried Day! This was fast, fun and made me feel energized! I did decrease my weights to 15# for the makers. I have to admit...I like makers better than burpees. Has anyone else noticed more flexibility during cool down? Another positive reason to follow Caroline! Thank you for another fantastic full body Friday workout!

    I like it when we changed 3rd round into smth different.. and burpees? I forgot about this but I know now that you mentioned it..
    Finisher was like: “really? Now? Do you think if I can still do burpees for 60s? Ok! Let’s Go!”

    I love circuits so I'm loving FUEL even more! This circuit was really tough ... I used 14 and 10kg so I loved the third one which allowed me to offload all the fatigue as it was quite bodyweight .... The 90 seconds of abs and 1 minute of burpees gave me a great feeling in the end! The add-on: what a coincidence 🤣!! I made that video yesterday, so I went with 10 minutes of Maker😅😁.... I love it!!!

    Super Ready for fave FullBody Friday! After a good Rest Day and slept well last night. Can't wait to start! Let's Rock! 😆👊
    Smashed!💥 Absolutely Loved it! Time flew with the Circuits. Short rests were spent wiping sweat and catching breath. Thankful Last circuit were mostly B/W but it was still tough. Enjoyed the Burpee Finisher. Felt Awesome and Energized after also did the add-on 15min. Ab&core Plank workout. 🤩

      Morning Trish I'm sure you rocked this. Loved it too but by the time 3rd round came around I was feeling the 🔥🔥. Loved the finisher. Used from 15kg, 12.5kg, 10kg & 6kg for maker for first round then tried 7.5kg for 2nd round and managed it ok. Maker puts too much pressure on my back with heavier weight. Add on done too ✅ plank variation found it tough as shoulders tired after main sess. Have a great weekend 🙂

    Looks challenging, but that's how I like it! Having had mental health issues for several years, Caroline's workouts have helped me find confidence and strength I never thought I had. These workouts have also changed my body. I feel stronger, finally being able to do push ups and burpees which I always hated, is very rewarding.     This is going to be a tough one… especially the burpee finisher for that final big heart rate spike! You can practically feel how exhausted Caroline is by the end! 😅 I love how in the first two circuits she’s so eager to do the toe reach to leg lowers that she starts before the timer says so! 😁❤️
    Can’t wait to do this in the afternoon… I’m thinking about possibly going heavier than Caroline for some of the exercises (e.g. chest press)! 😊

    Well, well, well!!!! What a full-body workout. I must say, it is a miracle that I can wake up and do this workout with you all today. 12 hours ago, I was so sick and started vomiting multiple times for the most mysterious reasons. I woke up today, thankful to God for being alive and having the opportunity to take care of my body the best way I can. Thanks to you Caroline for all of these workouts. I feel stronger and happier. Well done team! We are here today taking care of our beautiful and glowing bodies. What a miracle! You my dears are miracles!!!

    Absolutely loved that, once again I am writing this dripping in sweat. Loved the structure of this, get the full weighted body workout and get the cardio in, just when you think you can't take anymore, guess what you can - a minute of burpees no less - feeling elated now.     Dear Caroline, this is the third time I do this workout and I love it every time. I think this is on of my favorites. I enjoy all of your workouts - Thank you for everything you have so generously gifted us with. I have resumed working out now after about a month and half of vacation and travelling. It's only been a couple of weeks since I resumed but I can already feel my body thanking me for it and adapting - I love the way my body adapts and how your workouts are studied to challenge my body to adapt. My body thanks you!

    I think I’m starting to enjoy circuits! Having the 20 sec rest is so helpful for me, but because we’re working different parts of the body, that part is getting extra rest! I liked the clusters too from the first week. Now if only I can develop this appreciation for supersets!

    Another fab full body work out by the big CG! I really struggle with Bulgarian lunges, but just do floor ones, and need a resistance band for the tricep push ups, but i LOVE my progress, and CG is a true inspiration that you can achieve anything!! Thank you Caroline xx

    Loved it. The finisher… THANK YOU. My all time favourite: hands to floor burpees.
    I’m also really glad you keep repeating the same exercises throughout different workouts in the FUEL, such as Bulgarian lunges. They really allow for me to practise even more because I’m not doing most of these exercises outside of your program.💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽

      Morning Tony I was looking forward to seeing what full body would bring too. Didn't disappoint 🥵 by the time I came to 3 round I was feeling it. There was real burn here. Loved the burpee finisher. Add on done too✅ plank variation and found it tough as my shoulders were tired after f/b sess. Well done today. You will blast this and love it. Have a great weekend 😊

    Looks like a superb workout. So evident how much planning goes into each one. The fuel series has been challenging in a whole different way! The intermittent bodyweight exercises are so strategically placed that you really can focus on form and really work those muscles. Hope everyone has/had a great session!

      @@matthewalmond8274 absolutely agree Matthew. Just finished! Phew! I wasn't at my best energy-wise today, but this workout felt like it went by really quick. By the time you get to the lower weights and bodyweight workout I felt like I had noodle arms! A nice cardio finisher to a superb workout. Really enjoyed it. Hope you're having a great day!

    This series is so challenging but soooo good! The combo of heavier weights and incoporating a cardio aspect really gets the heart rate up and those muscles working hard. I preview the list of exercises before I do the workout and think how can this be only a half hour workout? There is so much going on in just one workout. I will be doing this one tmrw and cant wait! Last Fridays full body was amazing and Im sure this one will be too! Thank you Caroline for another well thought out session. Happy Friday !

I felt my hear rate was going up all the way through circuit 3...then those burpees just to push it right up at the end! I loved it!     Bulgarian lunges, maker and burpees were a killer today even with 10 and 5kg. This was a day 'without' for me as not feeling 100 % physically ! Ha Ha !! But Caroline made me hang on in and did not regret it. It's as though she's in front of me saying "You can do it". BEST PERSONAL COACH !!! xx Caroline

    I really enjoyed this workout!!!! Ive worked out with Caroline for the past 3-ish years. The past months of this year (since january) I’ve been lacking a lot: working out only once a week if at all… i decided i needed to get back into the loop and started Fuel. Im trying to get back into the heavy weights i used to use before but for right now im sticking to the lighter weights until I feel stronger. Im patting myself on the shoulder for already doing 9 workouts!

    I wanted to give FUEL a two weeks trial to decide if I would continue. It was just enough time to figure it out for my body. I like it! 👏🏾👏🏾The strength and cardio remind me of HEAT but I switch out one leg day. I love the two full body workouts and add an extra IRON upper body when I have the energy. 💪🏾💪🏾The 20-30-minutes workouts are my all time favorites! 🏋🏾🏋🏾Caroline, every routine is better than your last , it’s hard for me to redo the old ones since I have FOMO.😂

    Took me 46 minutes with warm ups but I'm glad to finally have gotten to this one.
    I'd been putting it off since Tuesday, but I'm really glad we bit the bullet together today!
    Enjoyed pkaying around with the weights- mostly used the 9kgs for the first circuit and dropped to the 7kgs for Makers. Only used the 12.5kg weight for that one goblet squat but really enjoyed just moving today.

    Wow! I feel so strong after this workout🏋💪, especially during the makers I realized that I'm able to go deeper in my pushups and my heavier weights are now starting to feel lighter and that is just after completing one week of this series!!!     1.8 million. We´d better start planning our 2 million celebration. The 1 million was unreal. We finished Epic 2 I guess, I was totally dead, got in the shower, all of a sudden we reached 1 million and there was a new session uploaded. I think it was a sunday, even. I changed again and went for the 1 million workout. It was insane. Today was awesome, maker in one session, planks in the add on. Happiness. Small detail you have to get through the burpees to get there haha. I feel strong Caroline, I LOVE THIS!!!!!!

      I recorded myself so I was just counting.. 30 completed. But I slowed way down near the end😃.
      Congrats on reaching day 9. We got 21 more days left.

    Caroline you have to rocketed in popularity since beginning,and you Have inspired me in so many ways, thank you.You overcomplicate in my opinion now, maybe due to audience demand and I get that,but try not to forget how it all started, simple and fun,gets harder maintaining the more popular you get I guess,your still amazing, regards

    Thank you so much for giving us these programs!!
    Once upon a time, I paid over $100 for a membership that... I honestly truly loved- I enjoyed the high intensity, crazy functional training. Never knew what was coming my way on any given day...
    But then some things happened and I couldn't afford it anymore. Broke my heart to cancel it... I felt like I lost something truly important to me.
    Thank the lucky youtube gods, I found you!! Your methods and your madness (I say this with love) is exactly what I crave and enjoy in my workouts!!

    Omg these are tough!! Completed iron series and felt great, totally motivated and buzzing. Started fuel and have to admit it’s a bit of a struggle 😢. Anyone else finding the same?

    33:18 since 2020 I’ve been following CG. Have the APP and work out 5 days a week. I’m 64 yo and feel like I’m in my 30’s again. Thank you CG!! Keep it going!!💪😉👍

    Yes. I pushed through and this was a beast of a Friday workout. Love how someone commented Fried day. Now, to walk this out with the dog and some nature. Wow. My arms and legs have been feeling it this week.
