Hi, Harry - thanks for reaching out! Thank you for taking the time to contact us about the induction of the Guess Who into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. Like you, rock & roll is part of our being, so we understand your passion about who gets inducted into the Rock Hall. And as a huge music fan myself, I get it - it’s frustrating when you feel like your favorite, deserving artists are getting overlooked by the nominating committee. But it might help you to know that out of the millions of recording artists in history, we’ve inducted less than 400 so far. We have a long way to go, so just because the Guess Who have yet to be inducted, doesn’t mean they won’t be! The Hall of Fame's nominating and induction process is detailed on the Rock Hall’s website: wwwrockhall.com/inductees/induction-process/ Rock & roll is all about bringing people together, finding common threads that unite us. We're lucky to have experienced and shared this great music together. Thanks for keeping the spirit of rock & roll alive. We are honored to be entrusted with preserving it! Amanda Pecsenye | Curator
At the beginning of rock and roll more than sixty years ago critics said that it was not going to last very long and that it was a new meaningless sound that was committed to die soon, ...jajaja!!!
It was a giant thrill to see this version of the Guess Who, as long time fans thought it would never happen, due to Randy & Burton's differences at times. Billy Wallace is a better bass player than Jim Kale, Donnie McDougall is great and, except for Neal Peart, I think Garry Peterson was the greatest drummer to ever come out of Canada. One of the musical highlights of my life. Sorry I wasn't at this show, but thank you greatly for posting!
Bands should be this great which is why this concert is so great!!! No hype...no stupid costumes...no lip synching...REAL music...real artists. I'd love to go to a concert like this. Haven't been to one in a long time. I agree...the little vids done with phones or a little ol' camera just isn't great like a pro.
Yes, totally agree - one of the best ever. Don't forget that they were true ground breakers - they were the FIRST Canadian band to get a #1 hit in the USA. Topped the charts.
I want to thank the person who put this video up on this site because, it's of a great quality. Not recorded off a phone. Great tune........love you all Mike
My dear friends from Canada you have to be very proud to have one of the biggest groups in pop music of the XX century. Great Songs all of them Chears Roberto from Argentina
Here they go again. What a collection of talent. Who even mentions them anymore ? Always liked their drummer. So crisp and on time. They were so sharp. They deserve continued respect.
This was the very last concert EVER where Burton Cummings sang as part of "The Guess Who", thank goodness that their last "official" concert will be remembered for decades
I saw them not long after this show, in Columbus, Ohio. They could still rock. Great showmen. Peterson's drumming, Bachman's guitar, and Cummings' voice were all terrific.
Everything is live and real I was there at the concert The Guess Who were close second behind AC DC. It was so much fun remember Cathy.I am so glad we got to attend this together in 2003 RIP
lynyrddeville I agree. Absolutely amazing vocals- tight and perfect. What group has ever done that live? Not even the Beatles harmonies sounded like that in concert! Maybe the Beach Boys, but they weren't rocking your fucking face off while they chirped their cute little pop songs. Unmatched.
The sound is spot on. I am a harmony addict, and their vocals are really clean as they were when they originally cut the song. Look at that crowd! I had to make sure that it was not Woodstock Revisited.
Outsold and outlasted the Beatles Not trying to take away from the fab four but I have never heard any band of that age that sounded that spot on. My hats off to Burton, Randy,Donnie,Jim & Gary
Sars-Stock - Downsview park Toronto Ontario July 30th 2003...over 450.000 people in attendance .. one of the largest gatherings of people in Rock and Roll History and it was AWESOME being there!
He's on the right track. Nothing will ever replace the writing of Bachman-Cummings. In fact, most of your favourite Guess Who tracks are probably written in part by both of them. You are the one without an idea.
They just don't make bands like this anymore, more than talent and good looks but true songwriting and musicianship ability that reaches its fans in the places that counts.. Love these guys.
GENIOOOOOSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS, . . . ME ENCANTA ESA VOZ Y ESAS VOCES QUE ACOMPAÑAN Y ESA INSTRUMENTACIÓN, DIOS LOS BENDIGA GENIOS , QUE VOZ BURTON . . . ME ENCANTA . . .

This was the very last Guess Who performance with Burt and Bachman in the lineup. This was also one of their finer, but shorter shows (Sars Stock). Glad they were able to finish their last show as the "Guess Who" infront of hundreds of thousands of people!
Unbelievable Incredible rock & roll from the masters Burton in my opinion has always had the most amazing voice ever The combination with Randy and the rest of the band has been the perfect mix for some of the best music to come from that era when music was everything I would pay top dollar to see them perform live Rock on
About twenty years ago I began a project which took almost a year. I wanted to compile a list of my all time favorite 250 songs....ranked from #250 to #1. The studio version of NO TIME was numero uno. The very best. Today is the first time I've heard this live version of No Time....and it's a classic. Awesome song. And this is a tremendous live version of the song.
Toronto rocks. You guys have the loudest fans.Saw the wall there last fall and never heard a more bunch of enthusiastic fans in any city.I'm from Thunder Bay and although we turn up the decibals at times,i just love watching concerts in TO.Keep on rocking
Along with Lighthouse, the Guess Who introduced most of us to Canadian rock. Good to see Burton Cummings and Randy Bachman back working together. Their songs are still amazing, 50 years on.
As with many bands, there is often a change in direction and sometimes fighting. If you look back to how Burton and Randy were at odds ("Long Gone") and all of the changes in personel it's no wonder that there may still be bad feelings. I've seen BOTH of the incarnations of this reunion band (saw Kale play in a dive bar in Allentown nearly 25 years ago when it seems no one wanted to lay claim to the name Guess Who) and enjoyed both...
This band needs to be in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. More hits than the Cars and many others. Burton cummings has one of the best voices in rock.

Randy Bachman said in an interview this was the highlight of his career playing this gig for 500,000 plus people
And his solo killed it!

Yes, totally agree - one of the best ever.
Don't forget that they were true ground breakers - they were the FIRST Canadian band to get a #1 hit in the USA.
Topped the charts.
Look at the size of the crowds at their concerts. Most bands aren't drawing that. Love them!

It's even better being from their(mine too) Winnipeg and having produced such an epic rock band.
Saw an interview with them and they said we didn't want to write crap songs, we were shooting for Beatles, Stones stuff.. and I think they did..
Here they go again. What a collection of talent. Who even mentions them anymore ? Always liked their drummer. So crisp and on time. They were so sharp. They deserve continued respect.
Damn Skippy!
Perhaps the best break up song of all time
get them in the dam hall of fame!!!

This is Loni. The Guess Who has been passed up. But they are up to be voted for in 2025. I hope they live long enough..they deserve it!

What a great performance of a terrific song. Five guys singing, man, those vocal harmonies are on point!

Oct 1970, I had just returned from a tour in Vietman and heard this group. Have played their music ever since
Randy best fierce tone in world!! Genius melodic playing
The hall of rock fame won't be complete ever until these superb entertainers are in it.
It's hard to believe, isn't it, that the Guess Who is not in yet (2024).
@@Lemmie1960So many of lesser talent are there.
Great Harmony from a true Rock band. Bachman is still on. Newport Beach 1974..The PCH at dusk--the BEST

They look like they're having such a great time.
No doubt....it was an amazing day!
Real musicians, real music, no gimmicks, just straight up Rock 'n fucking Roll the way it's suppose to be!
in an interview Randy Bachman said this was his favorite memory of all time playing this gig..😁. 500,000 people.
If those background vocals are actually live and not fixed in the studio, then I am truly blown away because they are great!
Everything is live and real I was there at the concert The Guess Who were close second behind AC DC. It was so much fun remember Cathy.I am so glad we got to attend this together in 2003 RIP

Original guys sounding this good 40-50 years later, absolutely MIND blowing 😳😲
I Feel very grateful to be born in the era this was on a.m. and early f.m. radio. Let's go Brandon
IMHO the Riff for this song is one of the best ever
Sweet, sweet MUSIC. Thank GOD I WAS THERE.
Just have to add that this is the best "reunion" performance, by any any band I have ever heard.

Good days. This was all that was on the radio. Not that anyone listens to the radio anymore.
Music from today will never stand up to these classics. This performance is awesome!
Why can't people make music like this any more :(
That was some damn good shit right there.
Randy Bachman looks amazing in the video lost so much weight, they are truly one of the greatest groups of their time I luv their music
This makes life worth living. Goddamn.
The sound is spot on. I am a harmony addict, and their vocals are really clean as they were when they originally cut the song. Look at that crowd! I had to make sure that it was not Woodstock Revisited.
This was the SARS concert in Toronto. Guess Who, Rush, AC/DC, and the Stones. Free gig.
It alot of ways it was ...I'm so glad I was there!

I wish the "Real" Guesswho would do a tour of the americas!! Brilliant musicians!!

Just great! Too bad we don't have music like this anymore (for over 20 years!!!!!!!).
WOW! Still Awesome after these years!
Wow,talk about memories, still sounding great.
I've met the bassist :) He works in my city and since The Guess Who are a band from my city. Its Great!
I think I have every one of the Guess Who songs memorized. My favorite album is "So long Banatyne"!!!!
Great clip, superb song. They actually outdid the Stones at that concert.
The boys from the north end of Winnipeg still got it!
Outsold and outlasted the Beatles Not trying to take away from the fab four but I have never heard any band of that age that sounded that spot on. My hats off to Burton, Randy,Donnie,Jim & Gary
Incredible! Those support vocals are just perfect
Sars-Stock - Downsview park Toronto Ontario July 30th 2003...over 450.000 people in attendance .. one of the largest gatherings of people in Rock and Roll History and it was AWESOME being there!

They kicked ass on this, no doubt. You could see how much fun they had doing it
Wow they sound fucking amazing. Nothing better than watching the older guys rock out...great video.
A classic. Never get tired of listening to this.
The Guess Who are to me like "the Canadian Beatles", just a very solid band! I love 'em!
Such a special, timeless song from a great band who still rocks it out...

Very great band! I bought American Woman when i was 14 :-)
They just don't make bands like this anymore, more than talent and good looks but true songwriting and musicianship ability that reaches its fans in the places that counts.. Love these guys.
I can't stop watching this - I think my retinas are going to burn out any time now...
Looks like Woodstock north. Great song. greater group.
Great video. One of the best bands of the late 60's. Can anyone say Rock N Roll Hall of Fame? What's the hold up?

This is my new favorite song! The Guess Who rock!
Awesome. After 35 years, they are still as great as ever. The world has changed, but their music will always remind me of the best of times.
One of the Greatest Bands in the world both Musically & Lyrically.
The first time i listen this song i was 16 years in 73. OH boy.It was a auther planète.(I hope my english is ok)
Une excellente chanson interprétée par un des meilleurs groupes que l'on ait eu au Canada
I listen to them almost every day.
I was at this concert. Sarsfest.
This was the very last Guess Who performance with Burt and Bachman in the lineup. This was also one of their finer, but shorter shows (Sars Stock). Glad they were able to finish their last show as the "Guess Who" infront of hundreds of thousands of people!
Is there a cooler dude on the planet than Randy Bachman a real legend.
rediscovered these guys about a week ago and i've been singing their songs all week.
