I can’t even begin to imagine explaining to countless innocent families that their loved ones died because a pilot willingly chose to let his kids fly/be in the cockpit. I have been flying to and from Work every month for the last 10+ years and if there’s one thing I have learned or noticed it’s that disasters/errors always tend to happen when a pilot becomes complacent or overconfident in his abilities instead of thinking of the lives he has in their hands. This case has worsts given me chills

The kid notices something is wrong before the pilots. Good grief...

So blame it on the plane’s systems and not a 15 year old kid in the pilot’s seat for crashing the plane. Yup,Airbus was negligent in not properly training new pilots,BUT DON’T USE SOME MISGUIDED NOTION OF “BRING YOUR KIDS TO WORK DAY”DISTRACT FROM THE FACT THAT IF THE PILOT WAS’T SO DAMNED IRRESISTIBLE NONE OF THIS WOULD’VE HAPPENED!

How dare airbus not include a sticker stating "must be this tall to pilot this plane"

A lot of innocent people died, and you're making jokes about it? Not funny at all.

It's not meant to be funny. It's sarcasm at a governments insistence that it's airbus's fault that a kid was in the pilot seat. Yes training would've helped but that situation never had to happen.

Pilots should be required to read the manual and pass tests including simulated flights before they ever have their hands on the controls of a real plane let alone one with people on it.
They want to say they only had to let go and the planes system will save the stall but would it also climb the side of a mountain if need be? These guys thought they were ok and I was very concerned about the altitude the entire time regardless of the plane leveling off for a bit. They shouldn’t have hit the mountain and perhaps take a show of hands if you want 3 pilots who don’t know jack about the plane because they’re too cocky and show of hands on how many people want the kids flying the plane they are in?

Those kids should NEVER of been behind the controls. I blame the father and his friend. Those grown men knew better. If his kids really wanted to fly a plane, but them flight Sim or go through proper training like everyone else.🤦😡

After a parent has worked his butt off to come to the position he is in and wants their children to achieve the same without the real hard work and also wants to show off! I am sorry for the lives lost!
