Good detailed description. I love it.
Suggestion: Try running your diffusers with only water (that is, without any added oils), and see how that works. In other words, you're using them as small area humidifiers.
As a little kid, I needed a humidifier in my room at night because of respiratory problems, and my issues were partially related to the relative humidity (in a dry state). So you may want to consider that your sleep issues may be at least partially just related to humidity. Just a thought (which might also save you a ton of money on "essential" oils).

A new smell could allow your brain to associate a new pattern. If you only associate that scent with sleep it will signal your brain to sleep. I would recommend only using that scent in the bedroom when you are ready for sleep. Much like sleep experts tell you to only lay down in your bed when you are ready for sleep. I suspect the effectiveness will diminish if you don't change other bad habits you likely have. For instance watching TV or using your phone.

I don't really use wireless, and when I do it's only for people to browse facebook on their cellphones without using data. I also do not use a VPN. Any low cost wired Router suggestions?
P.S. I am currently using the GL.iNET GL-MT300N-V2 Mini Travel Router (Or I might have V1).

It's just the OS. They're probably reinstall Windows or put Linux on it an then it's fine. I never keep the stock OS on any computer I get. I don't trust any manufacturer.
