I don't have the Bass pro shop but I do have a Cabela's where I live, it's a good hour and 15 minute drive from my house. It's fun there that's for sure, see all the fish that's there in the fish tank and then I go buy my fishing stuff. I love it at Cabela's, I'm like a kid there. Anyway great video and great review

There sure is nothing like summer bass fishing best part about it is frog season where i live in New Brunswick Canada and it looks like you had a great time on the water that is what is all about!
Man, I can spend all day looking at baits and lures. Actually I go by appearance when choosing. I also look at the hooks before I choose. If it looks cool to me it will look good to a bass! Lol!
I love these walk through videos. It's interesting to see your prices. Here in Australia 🇦🇺 most of the top brands say Pro Lure, Rapala, Megabass , Jackal, Jackson would sell between $15 to $30 Aus $$. I love cicadas and they are the most expensive at over $30.00 Australia $$. It's all relative I guess to wages I guess
@@TBassFactory I got fortunate enough to get there early enough when there was some decent stock left. I got around $125 worth of gear for $20. Academy sales are great!

Yeah its probably hard comparing and with different species the supply and demand might affect it too.

Derek, have you checked the clearance sale going on at Academy? Things flying off the shelves, but there's been some really good bargains.
For example, I paid 99 cents for Berkley line that was listed at $19.99, and 97 cents for a Bomber.
