Do your buns in the broiler to get even toasting. Also, if you turn your spatula over when scraping the burger off the grill it's an easier angle. Double cheese is the kicker.
These look so good! I have an electric griddle and a smoker, charcoal grill, and a gas grill outside. I don’t think I have room for one of these. Have you heard of any attachments for a grill? Or do you have suggestions for doing it indoors? Like you, I also cook large amounts of food so it lasts for a few days. Plus I have a big family. Lol

Do you think, the double cheese gave an advantage in taste test vs the single thick burger? I am curious whether the comparison would be swayed if the single thick burger had 2 cheeses on instead of 1? I understand that the comment was that the double thin was stated to be juicier; but did the double cheese contribute to this juiciness?. Asking as I like to make mine single thick with double cheese (which tastes much better than the single cheese imo )
We have tried the double cheese on single too and it kinda washes out the taste of the meet and it’s a bit much for our taste. Let me know what you think if you try it . Thanks for the support

Could use cast iron inside. I have a neighbor with a flat cast iron plate he uses on his smoker or grill to do smash burgers
