Instead of parchment paper use Reynolds non-stick aluminum foil. Saw this tip elsewhere and just happened to have a roll. Wrap your press in foil dull, non-stick side down. Works great. Will do all your burgers without fumbling with parchment paper.
Well Hussey, I have to say that I'm a SMASH burger guy. I wont turn down a thick or regular burger but a SMASH burger with Dukes mayo, pepper Jack chees and some onions, is a delight for me. Thanks for the video and GRIDDLE ON DUDE.

I have. I do different things. My preference, I like butter. Sometimes I just like a steamed bun, no toast. I'm not pro one way or another really.
