Thank you for all your videos. I follow a programme from your video s. İn other words, you are my trainer 🥰. I have confused about the tension of the springs. You give instructions with the springs. I have three gears on my reformer. I use the third gear for the tension of springs. Do İ use the right tension?
Hi Arzu. Its hard for me to tell because all reformer brands are different. In my videos 1 spring = a heavy spring. 1/2 spring = a medium tension spring. 1/4 spring = a light spring. I hope that helps.
