The first part of the podcast was like having dinner with your couple friends and one of them starts a conversation of “I think we need some time off.” And there’s an awkward silence and rest of the friends are looking at each other and thinking “are they breaking up?” 😄 Irregardless of your decision to keep it weekly or bi-weekly, we’ll keep watching 😊👍

I do not watch the Afool podcast and enjoy your weekly content. I believe you do this for fun, so whatever you decide will be fine for me. I would hate if my hobby became a weekly chore or job.

Actually I've been on the AFOOL podcast 4 times, twice as a guest, once as a guest host filling in for Jaabo and once for Discord technical support. Judging by the RUclips alert I got last night it looks like Jason beat me to five appearances
You guys need to keep to your weekly schedule. People will be sad if they don't get negative ranting and nomming Nunes on a weekly basis
This is really the only podcast I watch, Lego or otherwise. I don't regularly watch a lot of different channels, but I do watch this (Alex's) channel, and thanks to this podcast I've started checking out Jason's channel too. I do like having Bricking News every week, but you guys do what you gotta do!
By the way, I had an idea for putting together a little questionnaire for you guys. Some basic questions about Lego, but trying to avoid the cliche ones like "What's your first Lego set?" and "How many Legos do you have?" Is that something you guys would be into?

I really liked the green screen section!
Observation in one of Alex's LAN reveal videos. The LAN packages have LEGO Logos on them to let you know what they are, but when you buy LEGO, the inside flaps of the packing box specifically explain why they don't put LEGO on the packaging for safety and to not let others know what is in the box.
Great time. Some good laughs, some good rants, and some not-so-good crunching on some candy bars from who-knows-where. Didn’t your moms teach you that it’s not polite to eat in front of others? And to do it with some candy bars with those yummy ingredients, even if it was rated “E”. Irregardless I’ll keep coming back for future episodes. It’s addicting you know. 😂 🍫

Speaking as an AFoOL doing our podcast bi weekly is far less stressful then doing a weekly podcast. I love seeing you guys every week, but i sure understand doing it bi-weekly. Also, releasing on the opposite Friday would be very cool. But you guys do you! 😊

I was laughing so hard during your video I feel like I got a major abdominal work out and when you gies stated talking age I laughed even harder and about the not feeling sick..but are...OMG all so true and Alex I go by your analogy 100000000% re If you don't get sick you'll never appreciate the Feeling awesome!!! I'm 82 and again, you gies are Young Whipper Snappers and again LOL so hard the whole time sooooo YOu know Laughter IS the best medicine so maybe your new titles will BE Dr. Alex and Dr. Jason....just sayin'!!! LOVE the snack add ins and your going thru the edited inputs OMG that was amazing I know that took hours to perfection but well worth it. I had never heard of red liquorice before I saw Wayne's world 2, when Garth goes on stage to warn the crowd that there's some bad red rope liquorice circulating! 😂
Fyi red liquorice is not really liquorice, it doesn't contain liquorice root, unlike black liquorice, whitch does and therefore is the only true liquorice! In Sweden the question isn't red or black, it's sweet or salty.
Don’t forget smoking section on planes (in the back). Seats and bathrooms even had ashtrays built in

It would be good to get a ULUG person to talk about a RLUG and the differences between that and what Alex does. Also, some of the ULUG members might be good to have on Bricking news to talk about their Lego collection, preparation for Brickslopes, and maybe show off their collections. And I'm still hoping for a Lego Masters Utah moms to be on Bricking news.

It also says something about LEGO bricks position in the market why a lot of ppl say "legos" instead of LEGO bricks. When thinking back to my childhood we said (in Norway) "legoane" and it's pretty much the same word as lego's

I look forward to bricking news every Tuesday! That said, I can appreciate you might need to dial it back. If it's no longer fun, then I'd say time to cut back. Nobody wants to make bricking news into a chore.
Also guests could be cool - but I agree with Alex's top gear analogy. The chemistry is important between everyone presenting!
A podcast every 2 weeks is perfectly fine, especially opposite the podcast from those "other guys". I actually thought it was bi-weekly already. Doesn't have to be posted on Friday's either.
Alex, I love seeing you eat the Albanese gummy bears. Have you tried the Albanese "ultimate" gummy bears? Those are a separate set of flavors, and they are so much better than the originals. You should try a bag for the food segment on an upcoming bricking news.
I really enjoy watching BrickingNews every week. I look forward to Tusdays. However, I will survive if it is changed to Fridays. I do catch bits and pieces of the AFOOL podcast. But whatever you decide, I will still watch BrickingNews. Just fyi, I have been refreashing my page for BrickingNews to pop up. Also, I am at work, sitting in my classroom.
The good thing about the length of these and the content, I can listen while organizing, driving, etc. and it fills the time while being entertaining. Also, when it comes to having virtual guests, I think if it is maybe 5-10 min about a specific topic, it would be great, but definitely not them sitting around the who time unless there is just the good back and forth and banter.
I had wondered with your shows creeping up on 5 hours if you might be considering going to every other week. As much as I enjoy listening to you guys every Tuesday afternoon, I get it that you guys have jobs and families. And after a year you might have weeks where you have trouble finding time or something good to talk about or making a sponsor video or getting everything edited or finding some snack food from Sokovia or Betazed or wherever (although I'm with Alex and wouldn't miss the food segment if it went away), and I can tell that you take pride in putting out a good podcast each week.
The green screen work was amazing. A very interesting episode today. Maybe talk about Lego next time.
I like your current schedule, but if you don't want to do every week that makes sense. Tuesdays are also my lego day, so please don't switch from Tuesdays!
If Alex has time constraints for every week, you could always have a special guest on weeks that it is jason’s channel

(Jim) I’ll be bringing a smaller version of the amusement park along with lots of monorail and the gocart track. The black monorail track was 3D printed for me by 4DBrix to show people what the track looked like in use since they were tracks that LEGO never made. Brickslopes would be a great place to get inverviews for the podcast and then add them in as a segment. Even online interviews with other afols could be cut in as a segement as schedules allow.
Can't wait to see it.

Anyway, time for a topic: One of my favorite Lego 'themes' is modulars. Why does this theme only get 1 set per year? Wouldn't it be awesome if we got a few more smaller modular builds every year? My heart says 'yes' and my wallet says 'no'. What do you guys think?
Lastly: I'll just go sit and cry in a corner thinking about me not having the Ghostbusters Firehouse. 😭

I'm an AFOL and I still say "legos" in place of "lego bricks". I'm aware its technically incorrect but I'm too stubborn to say it the other way 😂 I've said legos since I was a kid and I don't feel like making the effort to say it the "correct" way just because it triggers some people. So I guess I fall into the camp that Jason brought up of "AFOL but likes to piss off people who are triggered by it" ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I say LEGOs to annoy newer people to the hobbie. I also like to say ninja-go instead of nin-JAH-go (which to me sounds like someone trying to use a really bad Japanese accent), to trigger people, primarily the kiddos.
