"Shaping a muscle" for all those who think thats bullshit its called Sarcoplamic Hyperthrophy. its the opposite of heavy weights/low reps/long rest time. It fills the cells with fluid thus expanding them making the muscle bigger. Its not strength oriented. It also burns more calories. This was my simple explanation, without trying to "science" anybody. hope it helped.

Because he is training him with high intensity, You people just watched how much he did in 45 mins . Training like this burns more fat and maintains muscle . its good to do these training sessions if you already have muscle . Obviously if you were aiming to build muscle you need time under tension , so you would go intense but with slower reps and moderate - high weight ( compound free weight ) .
I met Charles Glass when i was at the Mecca for a photo shoot. He's a great guy. Humble and nice. I can see why he's been so successful.
