I am finally looking more muscular than ever, and your videos helped a lot. I started to exercise 4x per week in the gym, 75 mins approx. I increased daily caloric intake, and I am in the 8th week of following meal plan from OnlyMeal. In that period I gained 19lbs of pure muscle, no added fat.
Hop back in the pool to help with your golf game! Even if it remains the same low level of intensity and you just casually do some laps and even walking between laps, that’ll do wonders for you. It helped me in HS and college golf while I played football/lacrosse and powerlifted.

I know how much is that hard, I did everything but I never gain over 5lbs... I will try meal plan from that website. thank you bro
