Yes! That thing was so wonderfully overpowered and I can't imagine not using it if it's in your arsenal. Few things would be more fitting for the Tarkin Doctrine than a tank that's literally the size of a small building and more heavily armed than a battle cruiser. Seeing that thing roll up towards you on the battlefield would make a LOT of people second guess joining the fight and would definitely send combatants fleeing in the opposite direction. Such a waste. On the other hand it's not a bad thing that the empire never used a rolling mass murder base and I'd call that a win.
Big shout out to *Kuat Drive Yards/Rothana Heavy Engineering* for supplying the _Clone Army_ and _Republic Navy_ with their war machines. Some of the most iconic vehicles, fighters and ships in the fandom by far. If I was a leader of a Rebel Cell, I'd find a few ol' renegade Clones to help man an Acclamator for a quick and effective mobile base of operations in the name of the Rebellion, hit the Empire with some good old fashioned GAR units.
The only problem is finding enough clones to man said ship- especially when they’re all pushing 60+ That being said, the rebels did use clone wars surplus with pretty high levels of effectiveness. Not just republic but CIS stuff too
@@deathtrooper9003 As cool as Clones are the entire crew doesn't have to be them, you can get other people or even Droids to help the Clones man the Acclemator.
Best thing about the AT-AP is how well it works with the AT-TE, being able to present its slanted and most heavily armored parts and fire just above it, while its legs are covered from enemy line of sight. The same utility extends to military bases, as the AT-AP is high enough to hide behind and still fire over walls.
The ARC 170 looks like a ship that didn't know what its mission was. Sorta like the P-47 Thunderbolt and P-39 Airacobra planes of WW2 that began life as dedicated fighter aircraft... but ended up getting pressed into service as ground attack support aircraft as WW2 went on. And the fact that it had to have a crew of 3? As opposed to one? Made it more of a ground attack craft than a straight-up fighter or air superiority ship.
The smaller head of the juggernaut makes far more sense to be the front of the vehicle as you'd want the troop hatch at the rear to offload into relatively safety but also because the weapon mounted on its head would be incapable of firing backwards over the body of the tank, meaning you'd most likely want it facing forward to bring the most firepower to bear the enemy Also because the spotting tower would be at the front elsewise and that would be even more suicidal than being at the rear of the vehicle Could also make an argument you'd want the VIP's in the most safety but I think the elevation of the turret comparative to the larger portion is the most definitive reason why
12:42 I always took that in atmosphere speed with half a grain of salt. There are almost no fighters before or after it that go anywhere near that speed, and if it could, then why not just use it for all missions since the separatist would have nothing that could stop them even if the fighter's speed was reduced multiple times.
Yeah, that's an insane speed 😅 if they were that fast, their maneuverability is also in question but either way, that's fast enough to be it's own interceptor.
@thalmoragent9344 I mean it should be possible with star wars tech. But they never reach anywhere close to that speed. I think the fastest in atmosphere for a starfighter in star wars in both canons is around mach 1.5 for the TIE Silencer. (Whisper is faster but it's speed is unknown.)
The ISP wasnt the best anti-infantry platform but it was definitely good at it. I'd take it over any landspeeder, except maybe the ones from BF 2004 that had the giant cannon on the front.
Yeah but the ISP had modularity going for it. 2 twin Blaster Cannons Or 2 composite beam Cannons Or 2 Missile pods each with 8 Missiles So you could take on more varied threats.
I bet the BARC speeders kinda became synonymous with the clone wars and were retired for that reason. Why they didn't replace them with a better bike can probably just be chalked up to Imperial Incompetence
I feel like it's probably 4 pilots and the other 8 are likely engineers I can't imagine deploying a vehicle that size without parts and men to fix it on board
i think the juggernaut dimensions is inflated, it doesnt look 50m long. the size looks only slightly bigger than the at-te like in that one clone wars episode - where ahsoka was rescued by obi/anakin. and the juggeranut self-destruct next to the at-te
Roger Roger!-um, I mean…yes, sir…. (No hate to the clones here: those guys were awesome! Just a Separatist joke.) 😂 That’s a Roger-Roger of support for GAR epicness (hey, even a droid’s gotta give props! 🙌).
The biggest sin of the Empire was dropping all these great vehicles. Well that and all the oppression and taking away of people's rights. That was a big sin too.
The Republic have some of the coolest weapons and vehicles in star wars the juggernaut is one of my favorite tanks in star wars

That's what I'd do too.
The issue with this is when you use the enemies equipment, they'll know how to counter it
I would reactivate a droid army and steal a CIS fleet from Raxus Prime. The CIS military counters every aspect of imperial tactics.

YES, these long form videos are definitely some of my favorites!
I recall the ISP being used as early as 22 BBY in the Battle of Queel. Anakin and Obi-Wan rode on one lol.
How amazingly convenient. I’ve been using volume one as audio to listen to while I sleep.
New entries are exactly what the doctor ordered !
Another really good episode. Really enjoy these in depth tech videos for star wars factions. Keep up the good work! For the republic!
The AT-XT was the most OP vehicle in the Star Wars: The Clone Wars game for Gen 6 consoles
Dudes basically the star wars documentary facts person. Got the voice and everything.
Agreed. He's got a voice like Morgan Freeman's, one that makes anything sound awesome or in the case of Star Wars more awesome than it already was.

33:16- Yeah, I have one of those! They don’t pack as much of a punch as I thought it would and it can’t take much more than it can dish out!?!
The facts that bro geetsly using lego moc as a concept art for at-xt makes me to believe that he also love lego starwars
The ISP reminds me of the Covenant Ghost from Halo or moreso the Revenant lol.

Like i always say, you want at least one of these bad boys in your garage.

Some real good stuff

Despite the AT-TE’s retirement, I would make good use out of it as a heavily armed RV similar to the one Wolffe, Rex, and Gregor used
Yeah, I'd want an Acclamator repurposed to be a mobile Rebel Base of operations
@@thalmoragent9344that would make an excellent HQ for the Rebel leaders. Either that or another Imperial Light Carrier similar to Phoenix Nest
I remember the AT-XT from the old Clone Wars game going over the Dark Reaper crisis.
Great video
please part 3
The Republic had the best walkers and vehicles out of every era
Seeing and image from star wars commander made me sad that was a good game
Nice
When geetslys drops a long vid😎😎🤟🤟🙏🙏🔥🔥🔥‼️‼️🐐🐐💯💯🗣️🗣️

WOW A WINGS CAME FROM V WING FIGHTERS
The Senate was architect for all these inventions.
happy NUTcember

Love these series sad the empire threw out the baby with the bath water so often

Yes, but how does the pilot go potty?
I do not own any of these
ya it might been best for the emperor to be dead.
