- Known for being the everyone's favorite punching bag in the gaming industry, Electronic Arts once put out amazing games on a consistent basis. In 2008, a brand new entry in the Battlefield franchise would shake up the FPS genre and would set the bar high for the future of the series, but does it still hold up, and was is actually that good?

The multiplayer for this was amazing. Some of the most fun on a console shooter I’ve ever had. Simple and you were much more restricted by class. Having a variety and changing the composition of your team throughout objectives mattered. Sniper battles were great, everyones camouflage was really good at distance but not unfair if you knew what to look for.
It was fun, too bad I only got into it like 10 years ago on ps3 and like the last 4 years on xbox series s. It was fun when I could find a full server with out griefers/trolls
Merry Christmas mate. Hope to see more from you in the future.
Those grenade pins will never not make me smile.
Another banger, excited to see more shit from you!
I loved the campaign on this game as well, I remember picking this up for the 360 for like £1
I thought the campaign was a little repetitive but it was good and memorable
I loved this game! it saw cool to toy with the air strike using the marker tool hidden somewhere on every map. Compared to more linear BC2, the (at least back then) huge and open maps were impressive
In the first one, you can approach most encounters the way you want, it has a lot of replay value. If you die, you can try from a different angle. In Bad Company 2, if you die, you end up at the same spot, fighting the same enemies, coming from the same angle and you can only aim slightly better than your previous attempt. Not sure why everyone loves BC2 more than the first 1. To me, it was extremely disappointing coming from Bad Company 1. All the best aspects of Bad Company were gone. It was just a mindless COD clone.
One if I’m pretty sure FIRST FP games. Have been looking for a review on it for a long time
This is such a good game
I got all the way up to the last mission but realised I actually didn’t care about anything that was happening or how it ended and was pretty over the combat so I just stopped playing lmao. Started bad company 2 and it’s night and day in terms of difference
Does the fob bother anyone else?
Kinda change battlefield into a more arcadey genre, idk I didn't own a PC at the time so I have no clue
Honestly I just clicked on the video because it had 777 Views and it seemed cool 😂
