Beginner Pilates Workout ~ Full Body Tower (Cadillac)

  • Follow with me in this 30 minute beginner (all levels) Tower and Cadillac workout to strengthen your body overall. We will create opposition, and work on lengthening the muscles for complete posture alignment. Best part is that you get to set the resistance for you, and either keep it a mild workout or encourage challenge. This is a great introduction to the Tower, and allows for a comfortable pace.

    I really enjoyed this. The only comment I have is it would of been nice to know ahead what springs and positions we were using ahead.
    I had to stop and start. Thanks for a nice easy workout. This is what I needed today.

    Hello again, I really like your tower videos, the beginner - intermediate ones are great for me. Soon, I'm going to put my reformer back to the other position and try some of your other videos. I have one suggestion - the voice over often times in several videos seems a little off, though I'm catching on to your timing and cues : ) also, it would be really helpful when we need to change springs and bars and straps, etc. if you would allow maybe 5 -10 more seconds for us to transition. Not knowing where you're headed I'm a few seconds behind making the changes and usually need to pause and rewind about 5-10 seconds. Please don't hear this as a complaint, just a suggestion for the future! Thank you so much.

    I'm loving your workouts and trying to incorporate more tower workouts. On my Balanced Body Reformer Tower (Studio), I have long purple springs. Is this comparable to the long red springs? Thanks in advance! I'm loving your workouts and trying to incorporate more tower workouts.

      Long purple springs would be categorized as the heavy, leg springs.
