    Thanks for the helpful video!
I would be interested in a follow up exploring the pros and cons of the caddie/reformer combo and tower/reformer combo. Including discussing the raised bed vs the insert. (I think that’s what they’re called - I’ve seen them in pics.)

Super quick answer, the Caddy Reformer combo I don't love. At all. My clients who I've worked with on it are constantly dealing with the poles being in the way. Plus you're much higher up or it feels that way for Short box. Hard to mount for Swan. Claustraphobic for Long Stretch etc. The raised mat for the Tower/Reformer is extremely heavy. You def want one that is inserted. Much easier.

I have caddie/ reformer combo from a classical manufacturer. (Took 13 months to arrive btw). I actually love it, but if I were tall and more advanced , I might have more problems with it. I do love having the trapeze for hanging even though I’m not as strong as I used to be and thought I still was! Plus, I just don’t have room for a Cadillac and reformer, unfortunately. Although if I could, I’d get the Contrology one with the toy box. I used to have 2 different contemporary reformers with towers by BB and loved the tower component. Could not go without. But I am grateful to have all options available to me now. Anyway, I always appreciate your insights, Lesley.

@@katewhite4801what are the cons with the combo of advanced? I am not tall so that part doesn't matter.

Well, as Lesley said, if you’ve got the standard height combo, pretty high up for short box & it’s hard to mount for swan. I would never get the heavy raised mat, but rather the inserted one. For tall people, you’re “claustrophobic” for long stretch, and for some standing moves, including mounting for snake, the poles may also feel a bit in the way. I however, was able to get mine made at a 14” reformer height. This did help with some of the aforementioned issues and I’m much shorter than Lesley, although I would love to have her long legs.😂

My dream is to have a Cadillac that works with a low ceiling.

I have only 8 ft ceilings and use my cadillac. There really isn't anyone who makes them short due to the equipment being easier to tip if its shorter. But there used to be some shorty's made! Hope you find it!
