  • This tutorial is intended for Pilates students to assist in how to convert the Reformer to Tower, how to clean and take proper care of the Reformer and the complete breakdown of what each part means. This is a Balanced Body Reformer with 1G, 2R, 1B and 1Y springs.
    Spring Key:
    Green = Heavy 1.25
    Red = Medium 1.0
    Blue = Light 0.50
    Yellow = Extra Light 0.25
