Hi. I recently found your channel and am starting try your programs. However we have Stotts reformer/tower at home. Do you know how the Balanced Body springs relate to the Stotts ? Thanks

Hi there! Thanks so much for the question. I know Stott Reformer has 5 springs (4 full tension, 1 half tension). The Balanced Body Reformer is broken down into 3 full tension, 1 half tension, and 1/4 tension springs. The Stott Tower is a little different, and I am not familiar with how they correlate to Balanced Body Tower springs. I would experiment with the tension of your Stott equipment and get familiar with it. Feel free to make adjustments as you need to when you're following a workout. I hope that helps! Ask me any other questions as you go along in the workouts I have on RUclips! Enjoy :)
