When my 15 pro max is overheating, switching it to low power mode is pretty effective at initiating a temp decline. Just for anyone else with a hot phone, it’s not totally useless
Question guys .. Can you delete apps that automatically came on the phone like Shortcuts, Tips, Stocks, Numbers, Keynote, Home, etc. Are they ncessary?

Question. On iPhone 13, when receiving a call while on any app, the “Hide” option on the keypad screen is missing. Can not get to the speaker, mute & other options. Does anyone know how to fix this or is it a bad bug? We have preformed hard reboot several times and phone is up to date.
i have to say i used lpm because of better performance, ty apple p.s. u dont need to swipe up app windows from swiping up just go general>shut down and do assistive touch and hold home you will be back where you was with cleared ram and all windows that doesnt work in bg ever but they are still there where you were 😅 updating os and apps always slows down just do it if app asks also for os idk
I recommend removing and re installing streaming apps like Netflix and Prime if you are low on storage space. These apps start to take up quite a lot of storage over time regardless of the fact that you have no downloaded content.
I do not have the automatic app update turned on or a good reason. I always read the app’s description of the changes. Once, the description said ‘don’t install this update’. Don’t know why the developer(s) said that, but I ‘dodged the bullet’ by not blindly installing anything in the update queue. Good habit: always do a backup before installing an IOS update. Then, if the update hangs up or some such disaster, you can restore your device back to when it worked correctly. That trick has saved me twice!!
You don't need to turn off app refresh. There is no point buying a$1000 phone and turning things off to make it "faster" you shouldn't need to do any of that. The only time you want to be turning features off is when your phones battery is running low.

During step 9 I noticed a thing called "Experimental Features" at the bottom of the "Advanced" page. What is that? It's a very very long list of things. Some are On, some are Off.

You can’t realize how much y’all help me and my iPhone that I really don’t really like and it’s one of the newer ones and it’s a pro max. I’ve always had pro max now I am really hating this phone. I wish I had stayed with my iPhone 11 promax. It was amazing phone. This one nope it is not then I probably will try to find my 11 Pro Max and go back to that. I never had a knee this kind of trouble.

Love the video. However, in regards to to low power mode, I notice the phone charges quicker with low power mode on then when it’s off.
That's because it's expending less power, and therefore able to accumulate more charge in less time.

That's not helpful for those of us who have non-Google e-mail addresses, but we could still use an alternative app that's not the iOS default Mail.

Fun fact. Low power mode is for when your phones battery is dying. Its common sense that it limits what your phone is doing when its turned on.
