    It has great ergonomics, it is very easy and intuitive to use and should be very durable.

    I did a lot of research before I bought mine. I knew about the screws . I bought mine about 4 years ago from Dunham's for $279 with scope included (konus). This thing just shoots. I've killed a pile of deer with it.

    Nothing wrong with these new muzzleloaders. Always will prefer an old Hawkins though.

      You and me both. Everyone looks at me like I have a unicorn horn when I say how much I love that old thing. Sometimes it goes bang, sometimes it doesn't. That's just part of the fun

    I'm tall and lanky as an orangutan. My length of pull is unreasonable.

    I don't care how nice a gun looks, all what matters to me is can it shoot a 1-1 1/2" circle at 100 yards with open sites. I have been struggling on if I should buy a cva because I have been a TC and Knight fan. I would never buy a stainless steal barrel rifle because stainless sucks

      What’s wrong with stainless?

    • @danthiesen4778
      @danthiesen4778 10 месяцев назад

      @@yoeyyoey8937 it heats up faster and it holds the heat longer then blued. I don't know why stainless does but from my experience it does and besides I don't like the thought of sun reflecting off of it

      Yeah unless you're in a marine environment, I don't see the need for going stainless

    Those abominations shouldn't be called muzzle loaders.

      Agree...if it can use pelletized powder, it ain't a muzzleloader.
