I love this guy. Magnesium was always pushed by Poloquin as well, my mentor and hero. As for ATP labs, it's what I sell in my gym and have never been disappointed although the beef protein isn't exactly great tasting IMO. Funny note, since when has Magnesium become a MACRO nutrient? Hahaha, just teasing big guy. I know what you meant to say. Keep up the great videos and kick ass info, we need more guys like you out there.
Great trick i have found that works for me is the low carb high fiber tortillas and wraps ,, I just had 2 nice breakfast tacos with 4eggs ,, onion , jalapeno ,, fresh garlic ,, cheese and hotsauce on 2 low carb tortillas and ive been using the low carb tortillas on my low carb lifestyle ive been following and still eating tacos and wraps while losing weight !! I love the low carb tortillas they make eating low carb easy for me ,,
I bought the chains and bands manual hoping to find recommended length and sizes of chains used and it didn’t, can you tell us the lengths of your feeder chains, and chains halved?
Im italian so im not sure about cutting out all gluten... but i have cut back a lot since i was a kid( ill be 40 in dec) i ate so much past as a kid that im tired of it now n ill eat a puzza once in a while... my fav snack is peanut butter on toast dipped in milk... should i do more crunch or more cardio to counteract this

5 ft length fat chains. 6 ft length adjustment chains
