Thanks for letting us now the car weighs about the same as 4 slot machines. That's a pretty standard measurement so it really puts it into perspective.
Max right, really understandable
I'd say about as useful as using pounds.
Max Hahahah yes
Next time please use the most obscure official weight used in the world - stones. I want to know how many stones that car was
To put it into perspective, a slot machine is about as heavy as 28 vacuum cleaners
"Don't try this at home."
Man... I was really wanting to go lift my 3,500 pound car after this video.
Lol funny f+ck
You don't test your limits by finding a random car first, start with something safe like a fridge or an African Elephant, then work your way up
Hahaha😂
ArKimation not gonna lie but I actually wanted to do lol
ArKimation at home. Didn't say in the streets
Eddie and Robert are actually good being announcers lol, especially Eddie.
eddie took over 2 years of acting so im not surprised tbh
@@wingman7th937 yea I know. I could tell he's thoughtfull about his speech and he knows where to be exaggerated and where to dial the energy back.

Eddie needs to announce the Arnold Classic. Would be amazing

They are trying their best to kill Nick.
I like his passion and hope he doesn't get hurt
The fact he’s 50 is insane but yeah he’s almost died like 4 times lol
I'm sure he'd be stoked to go down lifting something insane
Lmao
Live big or die small
Nick remembers when that car he lifted rolled off the lot brand new... 😎😂

"HoW'S iT fEEl brIAn?"
*YEA FEELS AWESOOOOOME*
The way he said that was hilarious
That clip of bryan saying "yeah feels awesome" needs to be a meme
4:53
I lol'd at how he said it.
Eddie acts like such a jerk sometime but when he says something sweet like Nick IS the Best.. it really just melts your heart.
Eddie's not a jerk, he's English
I don’t think he acts like a jerk, I think it’s just banter between friends
I think hes just an act,its a tv show at the end of the day
“YEAH FEELS AWESOME!”
-Brian Shaw 2019
Dude Brian is just on another planet.
Or at least has his own gravitational field.
John Hawthorne nick and oberst are, Eddie is the only one that isn’t
He shaw is
Eddie would've been way more challenging when he was in his prime, he was unstoppable
Yeah be is old for a strongman. He still competes at a high level. I mean Eddie is barely into his 30s and retired
Noone:
Garage gym dads: I could do that
Brian did that car lift like it was nothing 😂
Well it kinda is nothing. Eddie could have beat him if they both just kept going. Brian's insanely strong but Eddie is built to deadlift. As you can see with his record
@@TrenbologneSandwich Eddie isn't a 500kg deadlifter anymore and has leaned down considerably. To act as though he is as strong as he was when he was over a hundred pounds heavier is outright silly, Brian would destroy Eddies DL max right now.
@@brandoncheek2597 if we're talking real deadlifts and not this much easier car lift, I'd say Eddie pulls 460kg and Brian might hit 440kg.
@@TrenbologneSandwich nah he said it himself his current max is about 400kg in his recent deadlift video on his channel
@@TrenbologneSandwich Brian has gone above 440kg just recently though right?
This is one of the best shows ever. Showed a few close friends who are competing against each other and having a blast doing it all. These guys showedtheir emotions and their lives as they showed us amazing tests of their strength. They truly seem like a lovable bunch of teddy bears in real life. And to see Nick perform is outrageous and wonderful. I hope this show returns.
Hey I hear ya NICK never to be out done!!! Give'em a show.
Lift that weight guys way to go😂💪
Strongest bromance in history!!
The way these guys push each other..and support each other..thats real sportsmanship
Eddie asks Brian how it feels mid lift Lmao 😂
RGX Koenig that’s the best part
And Brian answers with over 1000 in his hands.
No one:
Me on the top bunk with my feet on the ceiling:
Jaremy Summers lol me on the bottom bunk picking up the top bunk with my brother on it for an extra 105 lbs
Wouldn't be an episode of Nick doesn't remind us that he's older.
WHAT?
He is older?
@@pancytryna9378 yeah he's 51yrs old
@@thewoodworkingmetalhead2712 51? And still that strong!? wow
4:24 “575 WARMUP WEIGHT” That’s how you know these are some strong mfs
You know some people are stronger then them but no one know about them
Watching these 4 do all these different lifts is almost better than watching WSM. They are so entertaining.
Eddie is such a showman!!
Props to Nick on this lift!
Brian always killing it!
Robert bringing the support this time!
How Russian mechanics hold up a car so it can be fixed.
Yeah but they cheat. They are all drunk on vodka so they are unable to feel theyr limitations. Im only half russian so i hold up the car with one hand
And those are the women mechanics.
It's impressive because of how heavy those Soviet cars are they're basically all steel because i lifted a car a little bit to change a tire once but i almost passed out
I love how History is listing these under (Season 1) now!
This has officially become my favorite playlist on youtube!
Nick, I'll be 60 in a month. I was an athlete in school through college in multiple sports (wrestling, track, tennis, cycling), and I stayed active most of my life. But, over the past few years I've dealt with 2 spine and neck surgeries and in January I had a hip replacement. They found out that my ACL was ruptured on the same leg. With that has also come arthritis in key areas. Lots of physical therapy and pain. Back when I was seriously training in the 70s and 80s, not a lot of emphasis was placed on safety during weight training and amongst past team members and friends my age (including both brothers), I'm seeing this catch up with a lot of us. Watching you has helped get me out of the rut I was stuck in, because your still busting it at your age. With sound medical advice from my sports med Dr, I'm finally starting to turn it back around. Thanks for the inspiration. You're never too old.
I have a lot of respect for these men. Their dedication and hard work to their sport obviously puts them in a very small group of super humans. Amazing feats of strength that so few can do. Great job guys.
May these guys always stay strong and happy
!!!
When Nick said " i was just *AHHHHHHH*" i felt that
«This is really dangerous btw»
Oh thanks for making that obvious
Brian knows if Eddie was still competing he would get 2 guys to sit on that car instead and deadlift it lol the guy literally holds the world record of the heaviest deadlift ever
TheMetalheadextreme yeah...absolutely💯
well kind of , Eddie managed to do the lift cause of that mental trick he managed to do , im not saying he isn't incredibly strong , but i believe that any other day other than the one in which he did the lift brian would deadlift more
@@dankmemer258 when it comes to deadlifting that crazy amount of weight for one rep it's hard to tell how much one can push themselves further. Brian despite getting closer to 40 now is still getting stronger. His one rep max on the deadlift has constantly increased but to say he can deadlift 500 kgs at this point is a bit of a stretch. The only one close to doing it right now is Hafthor bjornson. His elephant bar deadlift last time was unbelievable how easy he made it look like when he set his own PR
@@TheMetalheadextreme Oh yes. He got the bar to his knees. Now, it's the elephant bar and it's different. And there is the debate on which is more difficult (Probably depends on the person lifting it). But Hafthor is at scary levels of strengths.
@@squashedeyeball Hafthor did it without a deadlift suit, which just makes all more impressive getting it to his knees.
Great to see one coming from Las Vegas. Good to see you guys are staying healthy. And those overhead presses were astounding could not believe it. Looking forward to more shows thank you.
YEA FEELS AWESOOOOMMMME!😂 for some reason that cracked me up
I think Nick’s performance was the most impressive out of the 4
Brian could do nicks lift but Nick could not do Brian's lift.
Literally noone :
Nick : I'm old.
im surprised nick got the leg press. so much balance is needed to do a lift like that. the dude is amazing.
These four people are entertaining af! I love it
Love this show. These guys have great chemistry.
The life or health insurance Nick Best signed before the show must be astronomical. If he snaps something he could literally die.
When Eddie asked Brian how you feel and Brian said ya feels awesome.🤣🤣💀☠
nick best looks a lot healthier than i expected a weightlifter to look at that age
Look at Jay Cutler, spent decades on mountains of gear and is pushing 50 looking like he's in his 30's. Nicks faring pretty well, but he definitely LOOKS 50 or even older.
@d0rraj I just saw a video with him and John Meadows (also pushing 50) and Jay looked a good 15-20 years younger. The mans got a head full of hair and good skin, hardly what you would associate with someone who has blasted hundreds if not thousands of grams of gear and still currently using.
He makes Nick Best look geriatric.
@@brandoncheek2597 i don't think that guy is a professional weightlifter but a professional bodybuilder. there is a big difference in training and diet i think
@Tyler Vincent Is it really though? Eating that amount of food and having such mass can't be good for you. I mean muscle is healthier of course but health-wise i can't imagine them being much better than an obese person. Also all those injuries they can get and do get from the insane feats of strength.
@Tyler Vincent i'd fully die if i tried to lift half a ton so thats understandable :P
man i love these guys, just so wholesome and kind while being absolute monster
Considering that Eddie doesnt compete professional anymore or train full time, its frankly astounding how strong he is. Robert and Brian should beat him in every challenge.
Shaw made this look so easy. Insane.
Just about the strongest human on the planet.
This show is awesome and is very energetic to see those, lifting almost everything with ease💪.
Oh thats where my mustang went.
Love this show and it gives us all a NEW RESPECT for Strongmen.
This series is the best thing "History" Channel has every put out
The guy can be a shop lifter. Literally lift an entire shop.
😂😂😂😂😂 big Brian is so funny!! "Ya it feels awesoooome!" The way he said that was hilarious!
Mad respect for these 4 giant mens. Especially nick with his determination and passion
Strongest man is my favorite thing on the history channel... On TV for the matter!
In Eddie's mind: "I can call him the best, cause i'm the beast jejeje"
Yall need to put this on hulu or something, i really waant to watch full episodes but i cant afford cable
Brian Shaw "Yeah, feels awesooooooome!!!!"
I cry when I watch those videos. They are really working hard for this world
I don't care how cool it looks, you can hear these guys hearts begging for mercy when they are lifting the cars. Madness!
Brian casually holding a 1,000 pounds “yeah feels awesome”
Guy: Anyone have a jack?
Strongman 1-4: How about 8?
Honestly this show is actually good , watch it if you haven’t yet
At first i saw nick competing i was like what does the old one want in there. then i saw his patience and his heart... Nick you got a new fan here. Stay healthy my friend👍
Nick really has no quit in him at all
I thought Robert was going to Oberst in tears.
These videos need to be longer!!!.
Her: does it feel good?

Believe or not. Age is just a number for Nick he is real beast. He performs better than other 3
Eddie is an amazing showmen
It's impossible not the love these guys.
We're all getting older Nick but u have many years of lifting left. When my grandfather was over 70 he was still strong as an ox. I knew an 80 year old who could lift one of those hay bales u were trying to push, from a platform above it.
You guys are awesome! Great video.
Nick is a straight up TANK !
They hit gold with these guys
Nick Best is an absolute legend. To be pulling off these stunts at his age is incredible.
