See i don't get that. I do believe that Brian and Eddie are the strongest of the group. But strongmen have categories that they are better at than others. Nick is shield carry (which i believes he holds the world record) and hip lifts (which i believe he holds the world record). So he's one of the strongest men in the world. And Robert oberst is said to, "have the strongest shoulders in the world" and stuff that has to do with shoulders is where he shines. I do believe that overall, Eddie and Brian are the strongest of the group. However, Robert and Nick are not are away from them. All 4 of them are some of the strongest men in the world.
What is really impressive about Eddie is his mental strength, it's like he beats a lot of people because he switches something in his mind which just increases his physical strength
Hes like 6'2. Still pretty tall. I always thought Oberst was shorter until he said in another video recently that he's 6'8 and in this video was the same height as Brian.
There is still a difference between pure speed and athleticism though. Back in like 2010 everybody thought Brian was too much of an athlete and not strong enough to win wsm. So he can be really dangerous this year
I just want to point out that not only is Eddie one of the strongest two of the group, he is far and away the most in shape from a cardio standpoint. From swimming to speed walking with extremely heavy objects, his cardio levels are amazing for someone of his size and strength.
Yea these guys look big, but the camera doesn't do them justice. Let me remind you. Nick Best: 6 foot 2; 320lbs Eddie Hall: 6 foot 3; 360lbs Robert Oberst: 6 foot 7; 410lbs Bryan Shaw: 6 foot 8; 440lbs The average American man is 5 foot 9; 190(ish) These guys are literally monsters.
Did you notice that this and the last three videos in this playlist were all compilations of one strongman winning challenges and this one, so the one from Eddie Hall is the longest video which means he won the most challenges. Go Beast ❤️
Unless we evolve as a species or strongmen and strongwomen breed with eachother to make the ultimate super babies, its unlickely. Well i have no doubt someone will break these records someday because humans are like that but to the point where its not looked at as extraordinary then i have my doubts
Thor almost already did it but his foot slipped, without a suit. He will beat it within 2 years, probably withinin a year because I think he's getting into the powerlifting stuff more. He is just a ridiculous human, Eddie is too, but if Eddie had been like 6'5" or taller, he'd have made Thor look like nothing.
@@moresquatsmoretwats6298 I think he might be taking his time out of professional respect for Eddie. Eddie needs to be able to say the 500kg deadlift thing a little more, but he's already getting into acting and movies now like he's wanted to, so Thor won't have to wait much longer.
His static strength is off the charts. Awesome watching this guy compete in his prime, the fact he’s still able to lift like he does at such a “lighter” weight is incredible.
F#!k Thor! Absolutely nobody wants him on this.. he's the most hated Strong man in the world.. especially after how he carried on when Eddie Won his title.
@Julian Machen eddie also said that 2017 eddie hall was the strongest man to walk the earth, which is pretty obvious. Plus eddie was dehydrated so he wasnt at his full potential 😁

One of the reasons why eddie Hall is the str8bgest of all time is because he possess the ability to really go further than anybody. Many others stop when they feel like they could get seriously hurt, but eddie goes beyond his limits and destroys himself to break records. Proof: look at the 500 kg deadlift and the aftermath to that.
Ok Okkkkkkkk you one arm bandit.😂Eddie Hall👑you earned it! Thank you all this is a great release to watch the feats of brute strength you competitors and friends show the WORLD👌✌
Is the first lift really considered a press? My natural inclination would be to call it something else since his arm was locked throughout the entire lift.
@@skaizu Ok...that was insightful. Thank you for that. My point was that typically a press is primarily conducted by lifting with the arms and shoulders, but Eddie locks his arm completely before beginning the lift--with his legs. My understanding of a press could easily be incomplete, but it seems more similar to a one-handed overhead squat than a press.
You can trust two things in life:
1) death
2) Robert wearing strong and pretty shirt
And brian being late
Eddie being dehydrated
Nick being old
And Nick saying "I hold the world record in the shield carry"
This is honestly why I subscribed to this channel, so fun to watch these behemoths lift heavy things.
You should subscribe to Eddie and Brians channel
Check there channels
WHERE'D YOUR MUSTACHE GO?

Just Some Guy without a Mustache watching these behemoths while having Behemoth in the speakers🤷🏼♂️😎
No disrespect to Nick and Robert... but Brian and Eddie are just on a different level. They aren’t just strongmen, those two are superhuman.
Nick's insane for His age tho
@@alvinhagerman8164 yea nick is pretty old to be even competing with them. Its honestly impressive

That's something he actually thought himself to pull off the 500kg deadlift. I think he talks about it on his channel once.
That opening lift, 525 one handed. I don't think anybody can actually comprehend how difficult that is
Nicholas Peca I can’t even imagine that. Super impressive.
Eddie can 😐
Like lifting brian shaw while he is lift another person, good man eddie

Brian Shaw would be, but he was two hours late to the evaluation.

He's the strongest except maybe Big Z

Good perception Mr... Chew.
Yeah
Pretty sure everyone too?
Eddy is the man. I’m from Colorado. So obviously a Shaw strength fan. Love to watch them compete.
"yeah, so let's get something to eat." Best endings ever 😂😂😂
Eddie’s static strength honestly just blows my mind like I almost can’t even comprehend the amount of weight he moves around
Eddie: it's not a race
Also Eddie: the best way to do this is fast
Are there only 7 episodes? I watched on demand and need more. This is the best program on History
Anyone: "Let's get something to eat."
Brian: : "Yea!"
Brian for personality, Eddie for freak factor.

Okay I'm hungry now.
1 month of food is 1 week of theirs and sometimes 1 week of food is 1 day of theirs.
Chi chan 500$ 😭 if only the number was that small per week
I have cheese ring as snack, and coffee with soy milk...
Gonna enjoy this.
Brian spends about 3.000$ monthly and other guys about 2.000$. And I guess that they usually spend even more.
I spend about $400 and I’m 210. Through DoorDash and postmates though so way less bang for your buck
I love how Eddie calmly places the watchtower over the fence instead of just dumping it.

Eddie: Elephant noises.

It’s crazy seeing Eddie being one of the greatest athletes to ever live.
Brian is the only one that can compete wit eddie in this show in my opinion
To be fair Eddie isn't human but Brian is slightly stronger than him
Wish this could come back especially once Brian retires and doesn't have to worry about strongman
This is just who I need to help move house and someone else to move the furniture lol
Love how 6’3 eddie is short
This program should invite Hafthor "The Mountain" to participate in future seasons !
